The staff were very helpful when we were asking about the flight details and the pros and cons of the hotel. The prices were not that expensive compared to other sites. Overall, my experience was very good.

Just booked a holiday with skyblueholidays after speaking with the lovely Jessica who was caring and professional. A special occasion for us ( golden wedding anniversary ) .. Hope we can pass on our fine regards to Jessica 🥰

I had a satisfactory experience by the end after a very bad experience of being told there were no flights so I needed to go with what I was offered (hotel) as I may not get a holiday. This was while I was about to book flights on easyJet but was told that they flights are not live. I believed this as I had not travelled for over 5 years otherwise, I'd not have been caught out.
Later I called the airline and they said that if I was about to pay, then the dates were available.

Initially, unhelpful and some of the agents lied/misled. There seemed to be nobody in charge and if they are in charge, they do not want to engage except for sending the same emails from admin that do not address the questions. I have changed my review as I did get help from Jerry but in the end, I had to pay more money which I would not have to have done if they helped the day after we booked when prices were the same. I knew this as I got someone to call and do a new booking for the hotel I wanted and the dates - I was quite flexible. I am glad I changed hotels as I still had to spend 2/8 days at the hotel I was manipulated into booking and it was empty for a reason: it was falling to bits, although clean. The pictures of the Royal Mirage are way better than reality and it is more like a 2/3 star. The staff there were nice but Skyblue wanted me to pay the same amount for that vs Hyatt!? I would have been really unhappy if I did not push for a change. If my review made this travel agent fix up, then good! It will help others.

Jason from sales team was very helpful and calm in his approach. We were back and forth discussing different destinations to suit me and my family on a budget. I am very grateful to have had Jason help me finding my holiday with my family and will be booking the rest of my holidays with him this year too.

Booking with Sky Blue Holidays was really easy and simple. Paul was a great help from start to finish and sorted my flights hotels and transfers out for me. I will definitely use them again in the future.

EDIT.
They contacted me regarding my hotel had been cancelled. They then offered me an alternative hotel for an extra £119! No refund offered or alternatives. Please be warned do not book with this company!
