Jay at Skyblue Hoildays has been ***EXCEPTIONAL ***

Jay at Skyblue Hoildays has been exceptional in booking my holiday. Not only did he make the process easy and got the best deals, he followed up the booking and gave first class after sales service and assisted all the way from searching for best deals spending almost an hour and doing the booking through to after sales queries. I would highly rate Jay and Skyblue Holidays. For sure contact them and see for yourself the service on offer by them and especially by Jay.

Booking a holiday through cheeky monkey…

Booking a holiday through cheeky monkey with live chat was initially off putting as unsure if it was automated and would later be transferred, but to my surprise the live chat was with a person who was able to answer all my queries and provide the full cost. He also offered alternatives to what I initially requested which can be helpful if the hotel is not able to fulfill all your needs.

Receiving a phone call to finalise the details and take payment gave me reassurance as this is my 1st experience booking with this company.
Thank you Daniel Bryan for your help and looking forward to some sun.
