Sküma Water Omdömen

Incredible company and amazing service, life changing!

I love the quality and taste of the water that Skuma produces.
I have had my Skuma coming up to 1 year and although the set up and cleaning instructions were initially a challenge, once I got it up and running it has worked perfectly. I have recommended this machine to many friends who can certainly taste the difference between my water and their various other sources.

Whenever I need assistance with my Skuma filter I also get a really speedy and helpful response. Ashwin is easy to communicate with and things always get resolved quickly.
I love my Skuma filter and would really recommend them.

I have had my Skuma for quite a few years, I love it, where I live the water smells of chlorine and tastes awful. I used to have the normal jug type filter. Saw this on Facebook and thought I would risk it. Not only does it taste better, you are doing your body a favour with the added minerals. I have never regretted it. It is brilliant but also important is customer service, their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with and I am no spring chicken. I have contacted them several times, mainly for advice. There is always a prompt reply. I have had an oops when it didn’t dispense the minerals, once again that was dealt with promptly and without fuss. I have given several reviews on this product and the company I have no connection with it at all. If you are pondering buy one, especially if in a hard water area. I know I’ve said date of experience as this month but it goes back a few years of great experience.

Water tastes great, the station looks nice, and overall we are very happy with the purchase and look forward to using it for many years to come!

Well so far good. looking forwards to experiencing the clean water it produces.
Nothing to fault as of yet.

Contacted Skuma to enquire about a filter handle for the countertop filter unit. Ashwin responded straightaway and sent out the part at no charge. Excellent service.

We have had a Skuma for a while and as a family we love it. So reassuring to have fresh non-polluted water everyday! Unfortunately, we had an issue with it, however, the team were brilliant and sorted a replacement swiftly. The customer service went above and beyond and highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of improving their health!

After a number of years of knowing we needed a reliable water filtration system and doing some research, I met the owners of Skuma at the 2026 Health Optimisation Summit. They were so helpful and the entire team could not do enough. I ordered one and am in the early stages of using it. The set up instructions were easy to follow, though I am over the age of 65 and would have preferred having an instruction booklet! Water tastes great and so pleased with our purchase. Thank you.

Great customer service
We have been in touch with customer service and they are always super attentive and try to resolve the issue super quickly. The product is great too, with affordable mineral water whenever you need.

Revolutionary- it has changed my perception of water and the Sküma filter is amazing.

I wouldn’t go back to tap water after this, a great addition to the kitchen!

Ironical the machine feels quite plasticy for a thing designed to remove impurities such as plastic.

The hot water runs for 3-4s after you tell it to stop, which is frankly dangerous.

However the cold water is tasty and good for coffee.

So easy to set up and quite sleek looking just wish it came in white to match my aesthetic. Tastes super clean, in a good way and you don’t have to mess around with minerals, I really like the simplicity!

Well made water dispenser, came really fast and it suits our needs.I would have loved the idea of actually cooling the water and not serving only at room temperature!

Clear instructions, great customer service, wonderful product

Good product. Started using it. Even though, I had faced issues in the system and delivery issues in Northern Ireland , team support has been exceptionally well.

Amazing product- encouraged me to drink much more water daily. I can’t imagine going back to tap water now!

Changed my life I now drink 4L a day. The difference is incredible.

Great water filter. Switched from zero and so glad I did.
