Only 1 star because thestore was open!!

I have found this last couple of years the Spalding Springfield Sketchers are not as helpful,compared to before Thier extension...
Today was my husband and I final visit...
The only 2 assistants had a couldn't care less attitude..didn't select an alternative or gave any personal help to me...I do find when having to use my walking stick,that searching and selecting items awkward....
We have purchased Sketchers for years,so are very disappointed...
Nevermind...we walked across the road straight into Pavers,received excellent customer service and purchased £100 of thier products.
Which are so comfy

* The Product: Worn for just nine rounds on a UK championship links course and wiped down after every use.
* The Defect: The white rubber permanently tarnished and discoloured almost immediately. As a 47-year chemical manufacturing veteran, I can confirm this is a polymer compound failure, not standard wear.
* The Support: Skechers Customer Care dismissed the issue as "wear and tear" via a broken email template and insultingly told me to buy a cleaning eraser to fix it.
Decide for yourself before spending your hard-earned money.

Sketchers were contacted due to faulty shoe.The company would not send a prepaid return label so that the fault could be investigated due to no proof of purchase. Shoes worn a couple of times so as good as new

This relates to the store in Horwich on the Middlebrook retail park. I purchased a pair of Go Walk from there in June 26 now in sept I noticed the right shoes sole had a split in the side, I had the receipt so called in tonight (25/09/26) the lady was very helpful indeed, she examined the sole and said I’ve not seen any do this so obviously this could be manufacturing fault. There was no hesitation in giving me a brand new pair and wrote the new date of purchase on my receipt, customer service was spot on, wish I’d of got her name but she will know this review is regarding her if she ever gets to read this.

I have been a loyal Skechers customer for a number of years and always found their products to be very good.
However, I recently purchased a pair of SN183921 which I have found to be unusually heavy and uncomfortable whilst being the correct size. I have tried 'breaking them in' with no success. They make the soles of my feet feel very sore. They were bought to replace a pair of SN237188 which were perfect and now sadly worn out.

I bought a pair of Sketchers last November. the lining wore out in 3 months. I took them back to the shop and they replaced them. The second pair lasted about another 3 months before the same fault occurred.
This time I had to contact their customer service as it was over 6 months and we have had a hot summer so have not used them. They were not interested. fed me a load of nonsense and thought I would accept it. Sorry Sketchers I am taking this further.

Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars. I really like their shoes but like a few people, I have had an awful delivery experience. Why they continue to use UPS is baffling when they cant send the package to the correct address. Its happened more than once - UPS are shockingly bad and I wish they'd change and use a proper delivery service!

Ignore this review I thought it was for Sketchers shoes but it's not!

Ordered online. Shoes obviously come from far flung places as took a while but then the delivery company delivered to an address 75 miles away from my home. UPS said 'delivered' - which I suppose it was but to completely the wrong address/county. Grateful I suppose they got the right country. UPS told me to put in a claim but then when you try this it says "Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this parcel. Please contact them directly for assistance."
If you go on Sketchers website it tells you to take up the problem with the delivery company. So UPS doesn't want to know and not convinced as yet that Sketchers will follow up.
Supports my hesitation on ordering online but hoped Sketchers (love their shoes but always bought in shops before) need to revisit their delivery company's competence.

I bought a pair of slip in waterproof golf shoes. They have had very limited use, are otherwise in excellent condition, and yet both heel linings have worn through. This does not represent the level of durability that a customer should reasonably expect from a premium pair of Skechers but I have since learnt this is a recognised problem. Such poor quality and customer service response from America is unreasonable. An offer of 35% discount does not compensate for golf shoes of such poor quality so looking elsewhere is now my priority.

I buy a lot of trainers from Sketchers, yet again I am having to sign for a pair of trainers to be delivered. Why? They are trainers explain this to me Sketchers!

I purchased a pair of Sketchers shoes within 5 months of intermitant use the wafer thin soles had worn right through the soles, when i contacted sketchers customer services i was told told to take them back to Sports Direct where i bought them which i did the said there was nothing they could do and to contact Sketchers customer services again which i did ,they said they only deal with online problems when pressed the asked for pictures ,receipts ,model nos of the shoes which i had already sent them then thy came back with you have had the shoes to long ,as a company they the have no interest in the poor quality shoes they sell and just fob you of and give you the until you go away , i will never buy or recommend poor quality Sketchers shoes again ,to Oliver at customer services thanks for the run around

Bought a pair of slip on Golf shoes in December, the Left shoe didn't feel right,during a round of Golf and earlier ones my middle toe started to hurt after my round as I took my shoe off there was blood on my sock!!!,,I felt inside to find a flaw in the lining which what was causing the problem.
I emailed customer services to be told no receipt no help, they did offer me a 35% discount which on a new pair of shoes , question is would you buy from them again ?

Bought trainers and after 6 weeks inside the shoe has big hole in the sole. Wrote to sketchers twice still waiting for any response 2 weeks later. Don't waste your money. Terrible company.

Have had many sketchers shoes and usually pleased. On this occasion I bought online - big mistake. Having hardly worn them and the heels can provve this, the inside lining had gone after 10 months. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via email with no reply. Managed (eventually) to find telephone number - you hit a wall - "Please call back in normal business hours" and the call ends - which it was each time I called. 100% lack of customer service and no ability to return the defective product as they are not accepted in their stores. Once bitten, twice shy - I will not be back. Sketchers need to step up if they want to retain customer loyalty and I suspect they wil soon be another failed brand if they don't - customers should be your no.1 priority but I suspect its short term profit., what a shame.

Bought some slip on sandals for my mother, unfortunately they were alittle too big. I went onto the website to return them, I was told I would get a confirmation email. NEVER DID RECEIVE THE EMAIL. I contacted them again after 7days still no reply. Very poor customer service- be careful about buying any shoes from this company off the internet. Once they have your money they really don’t care about what happens afterwards.

Visited tillicoultry store & was served by wonderful assistant called Sonia on 1/6/26

Difficulty with feet because of health condition , Sonia was brilliant could not have done more to help me get the right trainers to make things
Better. She should be appreciated she went the extra mile

As a regular Sketchers customer I’m disappointed to see that the pair I bought 4 months ago have worn so badly that it makes me think, have they started to use cheaper materials?

We went into Sketchers Telford yesterday & were met with a lovely smile & can I help you by Shona. We thought you’re going to regret this as I suffer with lymphedema & have very swollen feet. Shona couldn’t have been more helpful & bought out loads of pairs of shoes, it was like an episode of Crackerjack as we could just see her head peeping over the top. Shona got me a pair that fitted, even loosened the laces for me & even my sister bought a pair of slip ons. So thank you Shona for making a good experience out of something that I was dreading.
