We had a really excellent experience using scanner.com to arrange an MRI for my 17-year-old daughter.

The website itself is incredibly easy to use, and what I found particularly helpful is that it clearly shows pricing upfront. We were able to find a nearby appointment for £300, which felt like great value.

The service from start to finish was impeccable. We managed to get an MRI booked for the very next day, which made a huge difference as we were keen to get answers quickly.

What really stood out was the follow-up. The doctor called us to go through the report and was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, clear in his explanations, and genuinely caring. He took the time to ask how my daughter was doing, which meant a lot. It didn’t feel rushed or clinical, it felt like he truly cared.

Being able to speak to a doctor as well as receive the report made the whole experience feel much more personal and reassuring.

I would highly recommend this service. We were really, really impressed.

It was fast and suitable time.the reception and incharge of MRI SECTION treated respectfully and professionally.
Doctor called me and he gave me some advice.he was professional and persuasive.
The price as a private one was more affordable than others and the location was ok

It was very easy to book my scan with two consultations with a Dr before hand and a follow up consultation with my results. This was within 24hours of my scan.

Paid for service on a Saturday and had a doctor call to discuss symptoms and arrange referral less than 15 minutes after. Scan booked for Tuesday.

My only point of improvement was on the experience of the scan itself. Had to wait in a small room for too long and didn't have the scan explained to me beforehand.

Best experience I have had over many years of dr's and hospitals. Refreshing to being treated by people who are polite, recognise you are the most important person, show they care from start to finish. Drs consultations before and after scan Very thorough with empathy and understanding. Very smooth, impressive timely process from booking and would recommend to anyone.

Great service and very efficient scan and results time. Would definitely recommend if your waiting for NHS and need a faster diagnosis.

Brilliant service from start to finish. My X-Rays were arranged within a couple of days and the results sent to me within 48 hours and a follow up consultant call just a couple of days after that. The staff I liaised with were friendly and informative. Cannot fault them.

Communication was excellent throughout my treatment and the staff were so caring.
It really was lovely to feel like a person and not a number.

It's a complete package, including a specialist consultation before, to gather information, and after, to give a full report on the results and recommendations. I had the same doctor through the process. The client support was excellent throughout, including them being very proactive with several phone calls to help me sort out an issue with access to my files. It's very well organised and all interactions with staff and admin were very professional and friendly.

OK, so importantly, Skannr were recommended by my local GP Patient Access web portal so I knew they were "NHS approved". Their website was then easy to navigate and book a scan with. This was followed up by a quick call from them to discuss my requirements, identify the best form of scan for me (in my case an MRI was more useful than just an x-ray). The MRI was booked for the NEXT (! Wow) day. The scan and detailed report was produced and sent to me within a further 2 days and this was followed up by another phone conversation with their specialist to explain the report in layman's terms and outline what the next steps should be to get the knee fixed. Basically, a faultless, very quick and very professional service. Could not be more satisfied. :)

Very good service. Got an appointment quick, got the assessment book in and completed, had my xray and got the results back all with-in the space of 7 days.. couldn't ask for a better service.
