Great service from start to finish.
I bought a Mercedes GLC and part exchanges my BMW with Michael and the team, they were always really helpful and honest. It looked like at one stage the car wasn’t going to be ready for me to collect on a certain date but they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen I all was well in the end. Really professional from start to finish. Whilst it was a long journey up from London it was worth it knowing you’ve dealt with a reputable firm.

Great experience with these guys
Great experience with these guys. I dealt with Michael who was a pleasure to deal with throughout. I showed interest in the vehicle and due to work commitments had to ask if they could hold it for me for up to 12 weeks which they did! Thankfully I only had to wait 3 weeks or so before I actually committed and made the purchase. Great showroom paired with a professional bunch of staff. Highly recommend!

Brilliant team and buying experience
The team at S James Prestige are fantastic. From the initial interest in a car they were more than happy to help, responsive to emails and WhatsApp and able to give other options when the car I enquired about sold. I purchased my i4 through them and they were very accommodating with the pick up as I had travelled 120+ miles. The package they put together with facelift kits, ceramic coating etc was second to none. My tints were missed off the order (because they threw it in for free with my package!) and they went above and beyond to have them fitted 10 minutes from my house. A great team, it will definitely be the first place I check when I look for my next car. Thanks!

I bought my BMW online last week
I bought my BMW online last week. I travelled in the train to pick it up and everything was set up and waiting for me perfectly. The car is amazing, and the service from the garage particularly Natalie who I dealt with through the whole process was fantastic, informative, had great communication and an all round pleasure to deal with.
