Incredible Customer Service
Everything from start to finish was incredibly easy! I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael and he helped me through every step of the way as well as following up a few weeks later to make sure I was enjoying the car and everything was going well.
Had a slight mishap with the original car I was looking at, But within a few days I was given the option to wait for the original car or swap across to a near enough identical one.
The extra services they provide are great! And not ridiculously expensive compared to other dealers!
When I went to pick up the car. The staff in the dealership were all incredibly friendly and wasted no time in getting all the boring paperwork out the way. While also making sure everything was understood.
Can’t fault S James Prestige and highly recommend them to anyone looking to pick up a new car!

Great car and great service from SJames Prestige
Purchased a BMW iX3 and Michael was extremely helpful throughout. Due to being in Scotland they also sent additional videos of the car which really helped. Unfortunately they do not offer delivery so Car was collected by a transport company bit of a delay with paperwork but on the whole great experience. Car was just as described absolutely immaculate and now enjoying driving it. Thank you

I bought my BMW i4 from them after seeing it on auto trader. I dealt with josh and he couldn’t be more helpful Fantastic service and very welcoming. Extremely professional and 110% legitimate. Highly recommend their company if you wanting a prestigious car.

If you're paying cash
If you're paying cash, don't waste your time with this dealership.
I made enquiries on around five different vehicles and every conversation followed the same pattern. The moment I said I was paying cash rather than taking out finance, I was told the vehicle was "pending a finance application" or effectively sold.
Out of curiosity, I submitted an enquiry from a different email address saying I wanted finance. Unsurprisingly, I received a prompt and enthusiastic response. That enthusiasm disappeared as soon as the salesperson realised I was the same person who had previously enquired about buying outright.
The most telling part? Three weeks later, three of the "sold" vehicles are still advertised on their website. I was also promised a call back from a salesperson, which, unsurprisingly, never happened.
It speaks volumes when a business makes it harder to buy a car with cash than with borrowed money. If customer service depends on how much commission they can earn from your finance agreement, that's not a dealership I'd trust with my business.
Take your money somewhere it's actually wanted.

Unfortunately, as your review has been left anonymously, we have no way of identifying you or locating any record of your enquiries. If you would be willing to contact us directly with your name and the details of the vehicles you enquired about, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate your concerns thoroughly.
We would like to make it absolutely clear that we do not favour finance customers over cash buyers. We are equally happy to sell vehicles regardless of their chosen method of payment, and a significant proportion of our vehicles are purchased outright without finance.
When a vehicle is subject to a finance application, it is reserved whilst that application is ongoing. As finance applications do not always complete successfully, vehicles can subsequently become available again, which is why you may occasionally see a vehicle remain advertised or reappear for sale. This is standard practice within the motor trade and is not an attempt to mislead customers.
We are also disappointed by the suggestion that you were not called back because you intended to purchase the vehicle with cash. This is simply not how we operate. We have a same-day callback system in place to ensure that any missed calls are returned promptly, regardless of whether a customer is purchasing with cash or finance. Our level of service is the same for every customer, and payment method has no bearing on whether we contact someone or the level of support they receive.
We take great pride in providing an honest, transparent and professional service to every customer, and we are disappointed that this review suggests otherwise. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns and establish the facts, but without knowing who you are, we are unfortunately unable to investigate the matter further.

Bought an A Class from here 2.5 years…
Bought an A Class from here 2.5 years ago. The initial concept of not seeing photos of the specific car or seeing the car itself until you've put down a reservation feels a bit weird at first, but upon arrival, the car was exactly as described, and it was clear I was free to decline the car if I wasn't happy. Over the 2.5 years I owned the car, I never had any issues with it, other than driving into a large pothole and breaking a wheel. SJP sent a replacement wheel, and when it didn't match the original set, they replaced the whole set for free. I then sold it back to SJP, which was an equally professional and easy experience; they paid a fair price and even picked the car up. 5* service from start to finish. Don't listen to the weirdos on Reddit haha
