Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, items in stock and delivered to NI within a couple of days, was a little nervous about the quality as the price was ultra competitive but to my suprise the quality was of the highest I've seen. Will definitely be using again thank you

Installed the wall panels and LED lights, really happy with them.
Easy to put up, you will need screws as well as the silicone as the silicone alone wasn't strong enough.

We fully understand your frustration in receiving two items that did not match in quality or appearance, and we are especially sorry for the condition of the item you felt appeared to be from a previous return. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand your concerns.
As previously communicated, we have been working to resolve this for you with our suppliers. Unfortunately, we were informed that the original item has been discontinued, and despite attempting to source a replacement, the incorrect item was received at our warehouse. We sincerely apologise for the continued disruption this has caused.
We also regret that you have not yet responded to our previous email offering two clear resolution options.
We are truly sorry again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.

Excellent customer service, called to confirm my order and advised when delivery will be.
On my first order, they responded to an email within an hour when I queried a delivery issue. They resolved my query straight away, following it up with a tele call. They then kept me updated until my delivery arrived.

Great wall panels and service
The Acoustic Slatted Wall Panels (Dark Oak) are great quality, straightforward to cut to size and easy to fix to the wall. Service was also very good with delivery quickly confirmed and the courier arrived as expected. We would buy again.

Ordered and payed on the 10/12/25 still…
Ordered and payed on the 10/12/25 still haven’t received and still haven’t got a date for when the item I ordered will be delivered. And now they emailed me saying it’s not in stock do I want to change what i ordered or what till next year.
Customer service 0800 number is useless I have tried it probably 100 times and still haven’t spoken to anyone.
Left messages for someone to call me still nothing.
Never again would I order anything from this company.

Your order was placed during an exceptionally busy period in December, and unfortunately we experienced unforeseen stock availability issues which delayed fulfilment. We appreciate that our communication should have been clearer and more proactive throughout this process, particularly when discussing alternative options and restocking times, and we apologise for the uncertainty this caused.
We can confirm that your order was successfully delivered on 12 January, and we genuinely hope you are pleased with the products now they have arrived.
We would also like to apologise for the difficulty you had reaching us via our 0800 number and for the delays in responding to your messages. As a growing small business, our customer service resources were heavily stretched during this period, however we fully recognise this is not an excuse.
