Absolutely delighted with my gold mirror acoustic panel, what a statement. Adds the wow I was looking for to my dressing room. So glad I found this company, had no idea that these panels came in so many colours and designs, absolutely incredible!
Before I placed my order, I had a few questions. Email reply’s were instant and so helpful. Postage was very reasonable and speedy, arrived well wrapped and I received a phone call from the delivery driver. 5 stars all the way and thank you again. I will certainly be looking at this company again if I ever need a sofa :)

Delightful customer experience
After a rotten experience with another panel company, I was fearful to try another company.
Sixtysix designs was a wonderful contrast.
Called me the following day to confirm my order and what to expect. They also were able to set my mind at ease that the panels I ordered were indeed the correct panels.
Panels were delivered with care and are beautiful. Thanks

So let’s begin …
So let’s begin …. Priced panels locally and they were on average £80 a sheet so decided to go online to shop and came across sixtysixdesigns.
Had a look through the range and thought yep I’ll give it a go (cause they were less than half price) then I got cold feet and thought oh god will they even deliver to Northern Ireland.
Well yes they do !!!
For a bargain price.
So anyway I thought again and said yeh let’s go for it I’ll pay it on CC at least I’m covered.
Ordered on a Monday recieved a phone call to say they had recorded my order and couldn’t believe when I was notified that they would be delivered on the Saturday ( so of course I was thinking oh god what have I done.
Saturday morning came and a phone call from delivery driver “I’ll be with you in 20 mins”
Lovely friendly man arrived he’d obviously drove through the night and got of the boat at 6.10am and had a van full of panels for delivery in NI.
He was lovely put the boxes in the hall had a quick chat and of he went on his way.
The reveal !!!
We opened the boxes and couldn’t believe the thickness, the quality and the colour of the panels. (We picked the felt back ones )
I am totally over the moon with them and for less than half the price of what I would have paid.
Will probably order more (my husbands not happy !!!lol)

Hi Elaine,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and lovely review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear about your experience from start to finish.
It’s great to know that after comparing locally and online, you decided to give us a try and that we were able to deliver to Northern Ireland quickly and smoothly. We’re also really pleased the delivery process went well and that our driver provided a friendly and reliable service.
Most importantly, we’re thrilled that you were so impressed with the quality, thickness, and colour of your felt-back panels once you opened them. Hearing that you’re “over the moon” with them means a lot to the whole team.
We really appreciate your trust in us (and we’ll try not to get your husband into too much trouble if you order more!).
Thanks again for your support, and we look forward to helping you with your next project.

Really happy with our wall panels
Really happy with our wall panels. They are great quality and just as good as ones we have purchased elsewhere priced much higher. Great communication too - I even had a follow up call to make sure we were happy with everything.

Great Panels
I found this company via Facebook and accessed their site. I had been looking for oak style panelling and they had a really impressive deal on at the time. Ordering was simple and delivery was extremely quick. I am in the process of renovating so haven’t installed the panels yet. I have checked them and I am really impressed with them. Can’t wait to get my media wall installed.
The whole process was simple and the panel look really good quality.

Svar från Sixtysixdesigns
Hi Paul,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the lighting kit.
We’re glad your panels arrived on time, but we fully understand your concerns regarding the LED kit not fitting as expected, the issues with the wiring, and the instructions not being clear. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we apologise for the frustration caused.
We can confirm that a refund has been processed for the lighting kit. For future installations, we would recommend using a small amount of adhesive to help secure the LED strip in place, as this can improve fit and stability depending on the application.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback has been shared with our product team so we can improve both the design and instructions going forward.

Svar från Sixtysixdesigns
Hi Sharon,
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your delivery.
We completely understand how disappointing it is to take time off work, be given an expected delivery window, and then have the delivery repeatedly delayed without clear updates. We also apologise that you were unable to reach us when you tried to call — that is not the level of communication we aim to provide.
We have reviewed this delivery internally. The delay was caused by an unforeseen issue affecting the route on the day, which was outside of our control. However, we fully appreciate that from your perspective, the lack of timely updates and uncertainty throughout the day made the experience stressful and unsatisfactory.
While we’re glad your order did eventually arrive safely, we recognise that the communication around it should have been much better. Your feedback has been shared with both our logistics and customer service teams so we can improve tracking updates and responsiveness moving forward.
We’re genuinely sorry again that your experience fell short, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Best regards,
SixtySixDesigns
