It’s a scam

It’s a scam! I took the WFH job as an order processor. I received packages, received login information for their Trace CRM system. I talked to my curator (supervisor) via chat through the system and everything. I was actually printing the shipping labels off and taking the packages to FedEx & UPS, getting the tracking receipt etc. I was supposed to be paid 03/25/2026 but their “payroll” department told me that the check is processed that day and was “sent” out. They mail your check they say and it takes up to 10 business days… I was supposed to receive it by 04/08/2026 but nothing. Sitranis do not reply back to this please. You guys don’t even have a phone number to talk to anyone. That’s strange.

Kitting accuracy is perfect but they're…

Kitting accuracy is perfect but they're slow, like 3-4 days per batch slow, which is annoying when we're trying to get subscription boxes out on schedule but I guess accuracy matters more than speed? I don't know I'm not complaining exactly just wish it was faster

The returns portal is FANTASTIC

The returns portal is FANTASTIC. Customers generate labels themselves, we see everything coming before it arrives, and the inspection photos saved us from a fraudulent return last week. Customer claimed defective, photos showed user error. Boom, Done

Three damaged shipmen

Three damaged shipments in two months. SITS Inc says it's the carrier. Fine. But WE deal with the angry customers and the refunds. They offered extra padding for an upcharge. Really? That's the solution? I don't know. Feels like SITS Inc should care more when there's a clear pattern happening

Tracking is good

Tracking is good, customers stopped emailing us constantly asking where their stuff is, but there's this annoying gap where orders ship and the tracking number takes like 3-4 hours to populate in our system so if someone emails immediately we look like idiots

600 orders

600 orders, 2 wrong items sent, both reshipped free. Pretty great. SITS inc don't always follow special instructions in the order notes though which is annoying when a customer specifically asks for something

Support is good during business hours…

Support is good during business hours answers come in fast, helpful people. Weekends and after hours though? Nothing.
Had an urgent thing on Saturday,heard back Mondat morning. I get it but if you need 24/7 this isn't the place

Shopify integration is solid,sync…

Shopify integration is solid,sync automatically, no comlaints there.Took forever to set up gift message fields though and we had to get support involved which added like a week.Works fine now but the setup docs could be way better for custom stuff
