DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE
I played on their website. Deposited some money without taking any wager or deposit bonus.
I won $20,000. Chatted with their support agent who verified my identity for account verification. And confirmed I would get the full amount.
The next day, all my pending withdrawals were canceled and my balance showed $1200.
I contacted their support chat. They explained that my winning were limited to $1200 because I was playing with bonus balance.
Again, I never used any deposit bonus or anything.
Their explanation is that I profited from "Level 10 free spin".
The level 10 free spin are $0.25 free spins that you receive by playing, you get one for each level you unlock by playing. I probably won $5 from these free spins.
They claim that my whole $20 000 win was tied to these free spins. Therefore my winnings are limited to $1200.
Even if I showed them their own contradiction in accordance to their Terms and condition, they refuse to pay me.
I even explained that I played the level 10 free spin after winning the $20 000.
I have screenshots of chat logs, cancelled withdraws and winning history to prove all of this.
