Really quick delivery- packaged so professionally & great quality suit - super impressed!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when handling a return and exchange. I bought a suit for my son’s First Holy Communion, but there was a small pen mark on the jacket. It likely would have come out in the wash, but I contacted customer service anyway. They responded almost instantly and offered either a 15% discount or an exchange.

Even though we were communicating via email, it felt like a live chat everyone was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. It made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’ll definitely be shopping with them again, especially since they have such beautiful children’s clothes.

Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick, didn’t give five stars as had to return item and now awaiting an exchange, so will review again once that has been sorted. Ordered a flower girl dress and it did come up small

Sirri is a company that takes their customer service very seriously. They went above and beyond for me when I faced a refund issue(which was a fault of my own but they put me at ease and solved the situation so professionally)!
My family have purchased from Sirri for wedding suits. We are all extremely satisfied with the very quick delivery and the quality of their items are top class.
I will use Sirri again in the future for family weddings.

Great experience with this seller which I'd never actually heard of before. I was initially a touch suspect, due to the cheap pricing and the free P&P and the free returns. As it all sounded a bit too good to be true. However, I received my items, absolute bargains that they were, a few days after ordering, and I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended, I'll be using them again as they have great Cavani stuff in stock atm, going for an absolute song. A few other so called high street names could use a few lessons from Sirri about customer service.

When i had to return items I ordered it was so easy to return. When I got in touch with their customer services they responded very quickly. Very helpful and polite on the phone. No problems with refund.

The quality of the clothes is outstanding! I am so impressed, much better than expected. The outfits were very well priced.
