I missed the 2pm deadline for next day delivery which meant that my order would not arrive in time for the wedding for which it was needed. I called Cavani and spoke with Zoya who was extremely helpful and with very short notice managed to arrange for the warehouse to process the order urgently, meaning it should arrive in time for the wedding. Just hope it fits now! Five star service.

Poor Quality Suit Bag
The suit bag I received was not in the blue cavani colour I believed I had ordered. It was basic black . The quality was poor and the zip broke on very first use. I had ordered Cavani suit and shoes for a special occasion and this slightly marked the experience
