Very helpful response to my spare enquiry, that will enable us to get our morticer up and running with the minimum fuss.

Me and my wife bought a very exspensive screw compressor. It’s came with motor faults and codes from new. Was sent back iwas told codes can’t be delete well it’s not a fault free new machine we payed for motor went within 70hours use it was repaired Imade it very clear idid not want this machine back due to the faults. They sent it back Ayear later same issue this time blowing oil every where inside the machine all over the floor I checked if best ICould air filter has exploded with pressure of oil coming out. Of the intake. Machine would.not shutdown. Just kept beeping throwing 00047 code and 00007 They promise to send an engineer down with loan compressor and said if they can not fix it on the spot they would give me the loan one of the same type but needed. Help getting it off the van. I cancelled all my work shut down loaned a lift and had a forklift at my disposal. They did not turn up instead a courer with a small box on a pallet not having aclue what was going on. Inever seen of herd from anyone after this months went by ihad to buy a small compressor to get me by. Ithen rang. Them again it was picked up aloan compressor given not big enough of suitable for my body repair busness. They then try to void my warrentee saying its user error. Sent pictures of dust also clean oil in a pot with bits of paint dust in like it had been placed purposely I’ve had several mechanical engineers attempt this and my self. If a machine is failing because of intake of paint dust the oil will be ingulfed. This was Tryed over and over. The machine had sat coverd in oil for months unused only switch on to get fault codes for sip to get them to pull there finger out the. Told every Time Machine has to run 4 hours minum no exceptions so beeping alarm for four hours would not shut off on screen so had to be turned off via isolator on wall. In this tine it’s doing damage. To the machine not mentioned machine sat there collecting dust. Waiting to be fixed. The fault that orginaly acured. After 70hour repeating motor failure as a crank case would pressurise blow oil out the intake to point it split the filter. After months left. Abit of dust. In the imaged they sent oil was clean as a wistle witch proves my point the machine is not failed because of particles intake as oil would be black brown this was. Not they. Also sent me a picture of. A small leak witch died not spear to be my machine there are no orange panels on my machine it’s marked. Fuel leak the machine is electric and oil. They trying to exstort 800 pounds out of us for oil an air filter and oil filter. Not a repair no diagnosis of motor failer then on top saying my air connector is damaged it’s brand new was not damaged when placed on palet On top of this Nancy had made personal issue of disability’s. ADHD autism brain injury iget stressed and swear apologising for this but can not contain it under stress made her aware of she keeps addressing. It will agitate the issue more. I asked her if she understans mechanical she is sales so stated iwant to speak to the organ grinder nog the monkey I’ve had enough she Tryed to use this a a racial slur I’m not white. My self every party of my exspernce had been hell 5k down on compressor not mention a full repair destroyed when it went wrong midway through. Months off work Will this ever end

Now ontop of this iget a reply slandering me defamation of caricature no threts were made and no abuse adisbilty causing issues due to lack of understanding ignorance direct discrimination there we go your staff Nancy discriminate wind the situation up then play victim when she was made fully aware of this before hand. And it is fact I’ve not left anything out broken down into more simple terms sip continues rip off customer selling them less then new machines when they paid for new faulty machines

Item ordered through Amazon but company very quick to respond. Excellent communication and very quick next day delivery. I have left reviewing until assembly and testing of product which I am very happy with. Only slight problem was a broken throttle lock button but I have hopefully managed to fix it. Would highly recommend SIP.

Contacted SIP regarding a manual for a product they no longer sell. Rob replied quickly with a PDF copy of the manual he has sourced from the archives.

The product is very well made, operates quietly , small footprint and the cs team were helpful responsive to a query. It was delivered well packaged and quickly. Only quibble is there is an assumption of greater user knowledge than the amateur or first time user might have. For example there are differing standards for fitting and hoses , and it would be good to get more pre sale guidance, at least on the SIP Amazon store. i understand this is available if you buy direct fromt he SIP website however.

Warranty registration was bit of a fiddle - but I got there in the end. Only used the gasless MIG feature once so far. It is welding well enough at a much lower current than I would expect for the thickness of metal I was welding - maybe the current reading is out on this machine. The voltage control was also not quite getting the spatter free weld I wanted - close but not quite there. I need a bit more practice with it and I will update this review accordingly. Out of the box it was much easier to set up and use than my Hitbox HBM 1200 which I bought new 2 1/2 years ago and, unlike the Hitbox, there is a proper manual with it. I will also be trying the stick weld and gas MIG and I'll update this review once I have done that. It comes with a two year warranty . My previous SIP experience was a stick welder I bought new in the mid 1980's and was working until it recently got damaged in a flood. I'm not expecting this welder - AutoPlus 130 A Synergic - to last that long but I hope it does better than 2 years ! With hindsight I should have paid the extra £125 and started with something like this rather than the Hitbox. My experience is you can expect no UK customer support/assistance with the Hitbox and that is a big negative in my view.
