Outstanding service from Will and Josh!
We recently used this company to fix our SIP presses and could not be happier with the service provided by Will and Josh. They worked tirelessly throughout the day to get everything up and running. On top of their scheduled work, they kindly looked at another press they weren't even expecting to service. They carried out a temporary fix on it until replacement parts can be ordered, even though it meant leaving a little later than they had intended. Highly professional, accommodating, and dedicated. We will definitely use them again!

Spare parts for an old bandsaw.
Needed a spare part for a rather old SIP bandsaw, and even though they could no longer supply spare parts for it direct, they sent me a link where I could get the necessary part, I have now ordered. Excellent service.

Delivery issues
Goods ordered by telephone from information on the website. All was fine. Payment arranged easily, but things went wrong with the delivery. Next day was offered and accepted, but no mention was made of complications if the weight was a bit too heavy for DPD. After a few more missed pickups and deliveries, despite my staying in all day, DX finally delivered on day 4 after the order. Compensation was offered in the form of free delivery but that had already been offered at time of purchase. Product is excellent but the delivery efficiency really marred the experience.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. However, we believe this review has been directed to the incorrect company.
Your order and delivery were arranged by your distributor from their own stock. As the manufacturer, SIP were not responsible for processing or delivering your order on this occasion. That said, we're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery and apologise on behalf of our distributor for the inconvenience caused.
We're delighted to hear that you're pleased with the quality of your lawn mower, and we'd like to thank you for choosing SIP. We hope you enjoy using it for many years to come.

The human touch
The human touch, no bots. It’s nice to deal with a friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of the conversation and in addition my query was acted on in an outside of the box manner. I will have the part I asked for, even though my machine is obsolete. 10 out of 10 to SIP Industrial Products Ltd.
