This company is very honest and kind. I love everything I have bought and they are great in their customer service. I once had issues with an order and they took care of it right away. Amazing embroidery purse
The purse quality is amazing! I first saw their bags on Facebook, and I was blown away by all the beautiful designs on their website, especially the magnolia embroidery handbag! Their customer service is awesome I had a few a few questions before ordering and they so helpful!

Great product with great customer service
Summary for the brand and purchase experience: Definitely will have future purchases!
Had ordered two bags and a wallet from them even though I was skeptical since there weren't many reviews or info available regarding the brand. However, the customer service over at their social medias were prompt (during business hours of course) and very polite to all my inquiries!
They had made the whole purchasing experience smooth and pleasant, the delivery had some issues with the tracking but they did their best in assisting it as well and the parcel arrived within a week!
The items had arrived in perfect condition, but the gift box I had purchased as an add-on had been damaged, contacted them again and were compensated in a timely manner too (was really surprised of that).
Regarding the product itself, the silk-made is what caught my eye and the quality is definitely there, prices also are way reasonable for what you get.
Again, will definitely revisit their store and purchase more in the future

This is very disappointing as it was the PEFECT Christmas gift for my girlfriend. And the website has so many more gift I could get her in January for her birthday! Literally the nicest looking handbags that are in this price range.
Then it all went to hell....
The item was in stock online, so I bought it. Very soon after I received an email it suddenly wasn't available, but they could send me the style in some other sizes that were random. I said "NO" to switching TWICE and then demanded a refund. I want the exact item I selected and paid for. Why would I rather have something else? It still says in stock by the way!
Do not trust these people!
Yes I REFUSED a different size of the product. I want exactly what is pictured and what I had paid for. Yes I will REFUSE other items then the one that I chose and purchased. It said "in stock" for hours later of the SAME item and SAME SKU every time I checked back. Don't spit on my cupcake and tell me it's frosting.
Unacceptable. REFUSE to be bait and switched!
This is not up to anyone's "standards" especially when I am buying a handbag for over $300. So you permanently lost a customer. Your website should be accurate and customers should be able to get exactly what they want and pay for. Not some substitutions in different sizes or whatever.
