Excellent company.
While one of the more expensive products I ordered was unfortunately not very good, it was through no fault of the seller (it was more of a failed concept).
I had written a somewhat longer review, but the page refreshed frustratingly, so I'll summarise
1. Discreet packaging. Nothing flashy, exactly what you'd want (unless you're the exhibitionist type).
2. Had to change a shipment plan and it was fulfilled exceptionally well, with a partial refund being granted.
3. Excellent site design, good for mobile too.
4. DPD tracked delivery (which is a fantastic choice of courier for this kind of company).
5. Very professional. The man I emailed wants you to have a good experience. You may feel uncomfortable ordering from somewhere like this if you're a first timer. Let me just say: don't. Just look forward to what you're receiving.
All in all, if they keep this up, they can expect to be on par with Lovehoney. Will definitely be a strong consideration for my next purchase of something that strikes my wonder.
Oh, and their current Covid-19 discounts are very considerate and enjoyable too.

I am sad to have to share with the…
I am sad to have to share with the community a somewhat negative overall opinion about this business.
Everything had gone well until the point where the actual product we purchased failed (which was moments after receiving it). Since then Sinful Thrills have refused to fully assume their legal obligation (or adhere to the own policy) in refunding or replacing the faulty product.
Otherwise I wanted to comment Gianpiero's professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

I thank you for commending my customer service skills. I feel it is necessary however to clarify a few of the points you raised so everyone has a balanced view of the facts.
You purchased 4 'stretchy' rings, all of which were from different manufacturers. Over the course of two weeks you proceeded to request refunds for 3 of them, each time for the same reason - failure of the silicone (i.e. it snapped). We provided you with our freepost returns address each time, asking you to return the items and if the items were deemed to have been faulty we would happily have refunded their cost.
We employ a third party for the purpose of examining returns and their criteria for acceptance is that which we display on our returns policy page. In each case they decided that the items had been misused and refused acceptance of the return and offer a refund.
** Despite this, and because customer satisfaction is important to us, we did not simply refuse to honour these returns. **
In fact Sinful Thrills offered to absorb the cost of 2 of the 3 items and refunded the value of these items. We thought that this was a fair way of handling the affair given your returns a) did not meet the criteria for our returns policy and b) the items were damaged due to misuse rather than being 'faulty'.
Sinful Thrills had no obligation to do this you understand, legally or otherwise.
We did so because we wished to turn an otherwise negative situation for our customer into a positive one.
We are sincerely sorry that you feel that they way we handled your return was unacceptable but would ask you to point us to any UK company that would not have simply refused your returns and returned all 3 products to you at your expense.
It's important to mention also that the 4th ring you also said you wished to return for the same reason as the other 3, and we again will gladly refund the cost if it is deemed to be faulty.
Does it not seem unlikely however, that 4 products from 4 manufacturers would fail in the same manner each time due to manufacturing issues?
The last thing we wish to do is upset or disappoint any customer, quite the contrary in fact.
Customer satisfaction is *very* important to us, and I personally am left feeling unhappy that, despite our best efforts, we haven't been able to achieve that in this case.

Martin we are sincerely sorry that your order hasn't arrived - could we ask you please to contact us at customercare@sinfulthrills.co.uk so we can try to resolve this for you? Looking at the tracking info on Royal Mail's website, it would appear that RM attempted delivery on Thursday 30th but no one was home. Your package has been returned to your local Royal Mail delivery centre and they would have left a card to indicate this. It should be possible to have them reattempt delivery before the package is returned to our warehouse.
Update: Martin, thank you so much for taking the time to update your previously '1 star' review to 5 stars. It makes all the difference when prospective customers can see how our company operates and that customer satisfaction is our priority <3
