Sold me a defective product that I was unable to test until after 30 days (Was a present for my girlfriend I bought in advance). I messaged them and requested a replacement or repair as per the consumer rights act 2015 and was told that they refuse to do so, hiding behind Amazons A to Z guidelines. I have had to escalate this to the Amazon team and potentially small claims if this is not resolved
Super service! Only ordered Wednesday morning and received Friday! I was playing with my new toys that evening and I cannot complain at all. I will definitely be returning, they can have all my money, happily hand it over for their great stuff.... LOL
