Massively Disappointing
Contacted to arrange getting representation for and EHCP and Sen tribunal
The guy on the phone literally had no idea.
I'm 49 - asked if the EHCP was for me.
Asked me to tell him about it - I asked what he wanted to know he put me on hold and came back asking what the EHCP was.
I advised I won't be asking Simpson Millar for representation based off that call and terminated the call.
Massively disappointing for a firm that are supposedly experts in this area.

Repeatedly lied
Repeatedly lied, refuse to speak to you, refuse to deal with complaints, all working from home and have terrible communication, customer service and manners and it's all automated do not expect empathy
Re their response, another cold email with no call ignoring everything discussed, and repeating result of previous complaint. So far it's misleading me. Refusing to communicate, not listening, and very little to resolve situation. Just what I need

Words cannot express the gratitude and…
Words cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for this firm. The road was long and obstacles as big as Mt. Everest. In the beginning there was no chance at all. In the end WE not only won but made history along the way for other fathers in my situation. I would encourage any father or parent in need to reach out be abuse these people are fighters, no BULL DOGS when it comes to being there. I do not say this lightly as they put up with alot of tears and fears from me. They showed compassion, grit , and most importantly listened. I could not give more accolades for there time and effort. THE EDUCATION RESCUERS!!! I was fighting for the education of my…
I was fighting for the education of my son who has multiple additional needs. My son desperately needed an Education Health Care Plan. I was faced with an unbelievably complex battle with a local authority that I wasn’t equipped for in a process which is designed appallingly with no support.
I have little doubt that without the professional assistance I received from the whole team I would have failed in my pursuit of my son’s education, affecting his whole future.
This team went above and beyond to ensure that I understand each step and was always aware of my options. I was guided through the whole thing from start to finish with such ease. I was listened to, heard, understood, and most importantly I wasn’t alone in this emotionally fraught time of absolute chaos panic and fear.
I’m eternally grateful for the opportunity’s the EHCP will make possible for my son. Without you this would not be the case. I never leave reviews. I never know what to say! This one however is no where near doing this legal term justice! I can’t find the words to thank you all.

After over 1 year fighting with the LA. We won
After over 1 year fighting with the LA to provide the correct School for my daughter and to provide her with what she needs to have a successful education and having to take them to the Tribunal. My solicitor Shea Kelly has been amazing. She was very informative and everything was explained clearly,very easy to contact. She made great effort to gain specialist reports for my child. And made the whole process a lot less stressful for me. And I sincerely doubt I would of got this far without her. Thanks to her and her team we won the case.
