Would give more stars if possible. Really lovely rose, well packed and quickly delivered so arrived in perfect condition. It had buds that have already opened. Value was excellent as well

Great plants and timely response when delayed
My Delivery was initially delayed, and I was dissapointed. However after simply plants understood my feelings they went above and beyond to fix the issue and compensate me in an appropriate way. When my grasses did arrive, I was pleased with them, they were of a high quality and planted well, considering the drought conditions the UK had been experiencing. I would definately buy from this compant again and I am a very keen plant person!! Thank you

Plants were stacked on top of each other and very much smaller than expected compared to the same size pot bought in Waitrose which was large with lots of flowers

Good service, quick and kept you updated
Wasnt so impressed with courier, swinging the box about, soil all came out and plant arrived uneven, i told driver not to swing the box as fragile....maybe plants should be packed and labelled as fragile !

Order taken : no plants in stock
I had an apology the day after I ordered to apologise for a delay & was told next day dispatch was not possible. Initially that was ok as a refund of extra postage paid was made.
Next day I was told there was another days delay but dispatch would be the following day.
But then 2 days later I was told they didn’t have the plants I ordered & the orders was cancelled.
It may I didn’t get the plants in time for the day I needed to gift them.
Clearly there was never any stock so the whole order was a let down.
Lastly I had to ask twice for my refund, which I did get in full.
So not yet end of the world but a very disappointing experience.

Perranporth shade loving plants
Initially found plants I wanted and ordered but no sign of them until I prompted the company.Arrived then within 24 hours.2 of plants excellent but 2 quite small and waiting to see if they will thrive now planted.

Plants arrived damaged
Plants arrived damaged, box was half open and the plants all over the place.
1 plant had powdery mildew, had to cut most of the stems and leaves off, leaving 3 branches with only leaves at the end of stems. 3 other plants, had half the leaves turning black. Spent ages trimming & potting up, they are now all in full sun, hoping they will all grow & develop well after a bad start. I am disappointed at the state of them when they arrived. I Don’t think I will order from here again.
Further update -
On Friday 14th August I received new plants to replace the original ones and these were in a worse state than the first lot. They were in an appalling state & once cleaned up are none existent. All the plants I received have some sort of fungal issue.I did appreciate the customer service response originally but I emailed on Friday and still no response, it’s now Thursday 20th August, service is just not great at all. I really would like my money back, and I definitely will not be getting anything from you ever again.

I ordered a magnolia plant as a 25th…
I ordered a magnolia plant as a 25th wedding anniversary present. It arrived promptly & in fabulous condition. Much bigger than I anticipated. My friends were absolutely delighted with it. We can't wait to see the flowers in the Spring.

Dusappointed
I ordered two plants. One was in good condition with buds on it. The second was damaged with the branches with buds snapped. Both plants had lots of yellow dying leaves towards the bottom of the plant which I needed to remove.
I’m hoping the second plant will recover and flower next year but I am disappointed with it. The plants were bought because I have a new granddaughter whose name is Eden Rose. I have gifted the good Eden Rose plant to her parents and have kept the damaged one for myself in the hope that it recovers.
