I had an amazing experience with Simply Deen! Their customer service was exceptional! They handled an issue with my order very quickly and ensured I received it urgently. They even went the extra mile to call me since I was unable to respond to emails while at work.
When my order arrived, the packaging exceeded my expectations! The items were a gift for someone taking their Shahadah, and the beautifully designed box made it even more special. It was a surprise that truly elevated the moment.

"Quality Emirati Thobe with Excellent Craftsmanship, Slight Sizing Adjustment Needed"
I bought an Emirati thobe. The material is great, and the stitching is excellent. The size they recommend is almost perfect for a 5’5” person. I bought a size 52 M, but I think a size 54 M/L would be a better fit for me.

I needed the jubbahs for a wedding and on one of the items there was a notice of delay due to having to pre-order,however, they all arrived literally in two days, I was so delighted. My sons tried them on and they were the perfect fit and matched the color on the website to a T. Would definitely order again

Excellent products and customer service
I’ve ordered the Belgian dates for an important occasion and came in a beautiful packaging, such a great gift idea! Customer service was incredible, they provided me with tracking information upon request so I could make sure I received them on time. Luqmaan was beyond kind and helpful, he even refunded my delivery expenses due to a small delay caused by family bereavement. 5 stars for this amazing business!
