Unable to contact to process return.
Have emailed three times and called numerous times to two phone numbers found online.
Phone line goes through to voicemail and emails are not responded to.
I want to return an item, there wasn't a return slip in my package. I don't want to send it back and they just lose it in the system without issuing refund.
I will keep on trying, if not will charge back via cc company.

Smooth Order Process with a Nice Surprise
I had a great experience with Simply Deen. One item was out of stock, but they offered a suitable alternative along with a discount as a goodwill gesture. After placing my order, I wished I had ordered more of the oud air freshener and to my surprise, they included two in the package! A really thoughtful touch from Luqmaan. Excellent service and great products. Will definitely order again. Jazakallah khair!

Will not refund money
The thobe i bought was really tight around the neck, I returned it as instructed by the seller but still not got my refund more than a month later and he stopped responding to email.

Great site, great products.
Great range of products, very decent prices, good value for money and delivery was prompt. Despite slightly delayed communication from customer service regarding a specific order, the staff were very accommodating, polite and professional, and rectified the issue. I would order from Simply Deen again.
