These guys are the best. They were set with a very difficult task as I was traveling with my dog. But they exceeded in every way. So professional and very helpful. Great to deal with. Highly recommended.

We were booked Business Class on Singapore Airlines from Sydney to Singapore, returning from Hong Kong via Singapore to Sydney. All three flights were excellent, although the set up of the seats is a little confusing when trying to get the bed flat.

Misleading advertising and I had the misfortune of dealing with Vitaliya who was rude and arrogant. Not sure how they make sales with that level of customer service.

FIRSTLY, we have booked with this company before and all went really well no issues etc
So we thought lets get another business class ticket this time to Europe in September 2024.
We were looking for something pretty cheap ( but not nasty) and they found us flights on Vietnam airlines with a stop over in Saigon that we had to stay the night on the way there and they included a room in a hotel in the city to stay. All good until we looked into doing our seat allocations to find out that our flights were all cancelled... it is now only 4 months until we are meant to fly out and we have accommodations booked in the UK etc No one had the courtesy to inform us of this , we had to call them and it took days to get our point across, very frustrating. We did eventually get a full refund , but not happy as no flights and of course other options have now increased in price

Worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, it’s a scam they buy your tickets using old frequent flyer points . We had issues boarding flights and was told prior to boarding the tickets have not been paid for as the frequent Flyer points have been rejected and was also told we are on stand by when we paid full price. We had a holiday from hell using them. Save yourself the stress, worry and hassle and book direct with the airline.

I have been dealing with simply business class for many years now and in most cases have been more than happy with the service. As a result of Covid a booked flight with them had to be cancelled, and under their fare rules they do not provide a refund only a credit for another flight. We used that credit to book business class fares from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi with Etihad. We found out that both Etihad and Emirates, despite being a part of a broad industry coalition of airlines that works with companies like simply business class, do not honour in many cases flights booked with them. To the credit of Vitaliy, who we have been working with for some time at simply business class, he came up with a solution that was more than acceptable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were not disadvantaged. My experience means that I will more than likely never ever fly with Emirates or Etihad.

This company certainly gets a good deal on business class flights. However there is fine print they don’t tell you about. The first issue is that they do not give the airline your contact details but their own. This means you cannot make any changes, seat selections or add your personal details to your booking with the airline. The next issue is that they start contacting you by email and even by phone to try to get more business. I cannot prove but suspect they have also given my details to other companies. In short, proceed with caution.

Ok here's the real-deal about this company-The way they offer such low fares is they use airline miles to buy tickets which is a LEGAL loophole that airline companies don't like but have to legally honor. I didn't know that when I bought my tickets from them. They also NEVER told me that once you buy a ticket you aren't going to get a refund because of that. They'll give you credit towards another flight but as far as a refund forget it! I will NEVER buy another ticket from these guys and would seriously tell you not to do so either!

I first booked my Business Class return tickets to West Africa in March 2020. Due to Covid, my Ethopian Airline flights were cancelled. SBC told me no Refund would be given but I would get Credit for future booking. I finally made a new booking in March 2023 but had to pay extra. As my trip to West Africa was for 2 months in 4 countries, I had many issues to clear like Visas & Tour Agencies. I went ahead with my departure dates from Singapore of April 28 & departure from Accra on July3, leaving several days for flexibility. I always assume that with Business Class travel we can make changes to my flight schedules. After finalizing my Visas & 2 month tour arrangements, I realized that my 2 months 7 day trip allowance was too long & I had to shorten my trip. That was the start of my Dilemma. With SBC, it is impossible to change the flight schedules even on Business Class although Vitaliy kept assuring me that he was checking daily for me for the possibility. Ethiopian Airline could not help as the change had to be authorized by the Agent! I had to stay back in Accra for few extra days, incurring more expenses & wasting my time. I had travelled Business Class on many occasions, changing Schedule was never a problem, only with SBC. I like all Customers of SBC to take note of my bitter Experience that Cancellation of flights will cost extra & changing of flights are almost impossible.

Absolute sham of an operation. Terrible customer service.

We recently booked a trip to Thailand and used SBC to book the trip in Business Class. We found a great fair on Finnair and just returned. The whole process was great. The agent, Ely, did a great job going back and forth with us to get the right dates and flight times. We will definitely be using SBC again for any business class travel we do in the future.

This was the second time we used Simply Business Class for long trips and the flights and service were excellent. Gene selected great airlines and mainly where possible we had direct flights with great connections. We were also able to book the seats that we wanted too. Gene was also aware of the standard of airlines in Australia and knew we would need a longer connection in Sydney. At the time of booking I though the layover was a bit long, but travellers on shorter layovers missed their connections - Gene’s experience meant we avoided any hassle. The price for our flights were unbeatable too. We will definitely use SBC again. Yvonne

SBC is Simply outstanding. My wife and I have benefited from using SBC for a number of years for our annual visits to Asia from UK . On every booking we have received prompt, friendly, flexible and attentive service to book our first class flights and, on a number of occasions, to alter the return flights. We simply call or email Vitaliy with the rough dates we want to travel and he organises the flight options available and discusses the options and we settle and agree on the flights. Payment is simple through our Amex card and we have never had any issues or hiccups. We gain very significant cost reductions and great service, We have recommended many of our friends to SBC and have no hesitation in continuing to do so. Thank you SBC.

Recently returned from NY, and the service provided by Simply Business was simply outstanding the trip and airline was very comfortable the food was high quality - the lounge was comfortable with some special perks as well.
