I have been using Simply Business Class - and specifically Vitaliy - to book my flights for years. They are always responsive in a timely manner (I'm on a completely different time zone) and manage to find the best flights at great prices. The one time something went wrong at check-in (no fault of theirs) our agent actually checked his messages before his work day even started and was able to start sorting the problem immediately.

I am currently on a trip where my wife and we are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and renewing our wedding vows in Italy. We went to checkin at Sydney Airport only to be told our seats had been suspended and we had to contact Delta Airlines although we were flying Vietnam Airways?? The alarm bells started. Our kids were already checked on to the flight as we did not use SBC for their tickets. Delta couldn’t help so we were left no option but to buy new one way tickets for in excess of Aus$18,000 so that we could get on the same flight as our kids. To date I have not received an explanation from SBC as to why this happened and whether or not our return flights are guaranteed. This current review will be reassessed pending the outcome of this disaster!!

The Singapore flights were again comfortable and the staff are always so friendly. The only hiccup was a stranded suitcase left in Singapore , so no luggage on my arrival at Heathrow. Staff there, true to their promise, had it delivered that night. They also gave me a 75pound credit card as compensation. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to work. I have sent an e-mail about it, but am yet to receive a reply.

SBC made the whole process easy, they found flights that meet my needs, they booked everything for me. They checked on me and made sure everything was fine. They reminded me of upcoming flights. The flights were fabulous. I 100% recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thank you SBC, Business Class was amazing as was your service.

This is my first experience with Simply Business and I have to say that the Service delivery was simply first class.
Booking the airfare was fast and efficient with none of the time wasting issues so prevalent with standard travel agents .
The airline involved was one of the globes top four, and the Service was, as to be expected of business class, perfect. As testimony to my complete satisfaction of my first trip with Simply Business Class I have recommended the organisation to a number of my friends, and will become a regular user of the Service

Extremely professional service from Vic and Patrik initially securing return flights and a decent price for my parents with Qatar Airlines.
On the return sector Qatar understandably cancelled the flights due to the uncertainty in the Middle East.
Vitaliy handled this directly with Qatar. His manner was reassuring, professional and gracious, nothing was too much trouble for him.
SBC is an excellent choice from start to finish. Clear communication, seats allocated, and always someone to reach out to should you need.

I managed to get very good price on business class tickets to Australia over the Christmas period especially since my arrival and departure were at different airports

From start to finish, the communication with all individuals was very professional and helpful. Never any pressure to make a deal, just simple and honest answers to our questions. This was our first experience with SBC and based on this experience, we highly recommend this company.

Once again Vitaliy and the team at SBC delivered a great result for our long-haul flights to the UK. They were extremely responsive and made some last-minute changes for our return to Oz which worked brilliantly for us. I will be using their services again in the near future. They could improve their follow-up admin with their carriers though.... we are awaiting a small booking charge refund.
