I stuck with the same site for a while for getting my plane tickets (I travel quite a bit). However, a friend of mine recently recommended Simplio and I decided to give it a go. I loved my experience. The site was extremely easy and fast to use. I like the way they organize results when the search is complete, makes you find the right deal in no time. A few times I was able to get my tickets for a less than I used to which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend Simplio.com!

Our flight was rescheduled by the airline and simplio agent call us to learn whether we want to keep tickets or make changes or cancel tickets and offered his help. The agent have assured us that no additional expenses will be needed if we accept the variant offered or may choose a more suitable variant by ourselves. As the rescheduled flight was less than few hours different from the original departure time, we kept the same tickets.

I've found an appropriate flight on simplio.com but before making a payment I decided to check how long it might take them to issue my tickets. I contacted an agent by chat and she told me that tickets are issued either immediately or within 1 hour. As it was promised, the tickets were sent almost immediately. I’m really satisfied with Simplio. First, the price is exactly as it was shown on their site. Second, despite the fact that the site looks quite unusually, I found the navigation very convenient and all flight information and prices are clearly visible.

I’ve found the affordable price for a flight and complete the order. As the site informed me that my confirmation and tickets will be emailed to me after processing the order, I hadn't checked my email.The next day i checked my email client and didn’t find any confirmation of my booking. I contacted customer support and the representative checked the email which was recorded in my order. As it was correct, he recommended me to check trash box. Indeed, the confirmation with tickets got there, so I’ve added simplio email address to the white list to avoid that kind of issue in future.

Double booked a ticket due to some unfortunate technical issues. The issue was resolved quickly via chat support (with Alex 316) to my absolute satisfaction.
I will recommend simplio.com to my friends and family!

I did use Simplio to buy air tickets from San Francisco to Mumbai, and suddenly my plans has changed. Support level provided by Simplio Air Concierges is absolutely fabulous! They did provide me few alternatives within minutes, and one of them was even cheaper than my original ticket.
