We also sell a wide range of Body & Urine tests Alkalising products (such as Green Drinks, pH drops & Alkaline Minerals) and Magnetic Therapy products. Our water testing kits have proven popular because they are easy to use, safe and users can be assured of the quality as many of our water test kits and strips have been ETV/EPA performance-verified. We pride ourselves in offering tests that make complex chemistry simple and environmentally friendly.

I am sorry to say I wasted £20

I am sorry to say I wasted £20.
As far as I could make out the pipette looked empty.
Consequently there was no result.
I give up and will filter my drinking water.

Thank you for getting back. Maybe it sounds silly but I still don't understand.
I have glaucoma and mega old. I spent at least 30 minutes trying to make sense of the instructions.
Maybe a picture display on the sheet would have helped.
What I did was put a tiny drop of water in the container and poked the pipette in and squashed it a few times on the bulb at the top. Then I shook it about and put the test paper in. No wonder it was useless.

The pipette in the the test kit is correctly empty as it is used for collecting the water for testing. "You are to place exactly 2 dropper-fuls of water sample in the test viral" Happy to help with how to use the test kits when customers contact us directly at info@simplexhealth.co.uk.

Customer contacted us after leaving this review. We have resent the order by tracked mail as the current order hasnt arrived. This delay is due to Royal Mail strikes in the UK.

Chronopost came yesterday without warning and I was not there. And I cannot do anything since they don't aknowledge the reference of my order on tne net

Simple test for lead in water

I ordered two lead test kits to check the water quality from my bathroom and kitchen taps, because I live in a very old building (built in the 1890s) and I don't know if there are any lead pipes hidden away somewhere. The kits were delivered promptly. The tests are very easy to do and the result is easy to read. It put my mind at rest that the levels of lead in my water are within legal limits.

Online description mismatch with kit leaflet.

I was very disappointed when I received the OSU-Mercury kit because the online description of how to do the test with saliva did not match the description on the leaflet in the test kit box, which indicated I would need two additional chemicals. Had I known this I would not have purchased the kit.
