PLEASE BEWARE.Carriers stay away from this company. The ELD is faulty. It does not log pre and post trips correctly. When speaking to “customer service “ about the device possibly being faulty. No solutions were given to troubleshoot. The customer service representative hung up on me. Hanging up on paying customers must be a policy of this company for I have been hung up on several times over several different issues. I am in the process of canceling my account with Simplex , but can’t get anyone to answer the phones.

They file with the state department setting up my company and put my name wrong. I corrected it at the state department and was told that I could not get a refund. I started the process in january through march was told countless times that I would have the documents over and over and never received what I paid for. This company, it's a waste of time.
And money, as far as I was concerned. Alejandro in florida does not tell the truth, or will Hey listen.

I have been trying to get answers, To cancel my billing, I spent hours talking to Camila, Freddy, Rueben, and outlined what I wanted them to do, I even offered to promote them in my Hotshot Trucking Network, but never got a single response, they changed reps every couple months, I was billed for 5 drivers when I only have two. Still waiting for action, only lies. I don't like to be harsh but they are bordering fraud. I srsly recommend that you stay far away. They have a good sales pitch, I am even skeptical that they are US based, possibly offshore.

Stay away from this company, they have a bad service with a high monetary cost and they do not carry out any management, I have been trying to cancel my service a month ago and they still have not done it, lengthening the process to continue charging, it is a theft.

Charges for services that was never rendered. And lied to about services only to be asked for additional funds. There eld sucks. It doesn’t track logs correctly. It will say u have 4 hrs left and then give u a extra 6. When you log out sometimes it will throw you back on duty. Also they were charging me for ifta when i told them i had someone else doing my ifta, they also charged me for drug consortium when i told them someone else was taking care of that. I guy by the name of Freddy tried to sign me up for their safety compliance i said no, he charged me anyways and i called back for a refund he said he would refund me he never did. A month went by i called back spoke to Freddy he told me that if i didn’t refund they would handle all my safety compliance that they would take care of mvr and job applications for future emplyees and also do my dot audit so i wouldnt have to. So i said ok ill take the service. I was never called or given anything once i called back about a week ago cause i have audit coming up they asked me to send letter i do so they said they would have someone prepare me for audit i said wait i was told you guys would do my audit they said no that 550$ charge . I explained to them about what freddy said. I think freddy was fired be a i can no longer get in contact with him. They had some girl contact me who i wont mention cause she was kind i guess she was my case maneger and all she did was tell me the same stuff the dot audit letter said, and try to get me to pay 550$ for them to represent me telling me u have no time left ur audit is in 4 days which sounds like a strong arm to me, she escalated it to gimmie we went back and forth then he put his maneger on the phone who said they would give me credit for service i paid that they didn’t provide me with which is around 300$ he was supposed to call back but never did. Ive been calling since this morning and cant get a hold of anybody. I believe this company hires employees out of the country cause they all want to use whatsapp. Also companys ive ran for in the past say they cant use me anymore cause simplex has been blackballed by rmis as a fraudulent company so now im losing money…… STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THEY LIE. When you try and ask for refund they never send it. Im calling my bank next to get every dollar i spent with them back

I would not recommend this company.
Im extremely lucky I only lost $120.00 for a wire I purchased for an ELD which i end up not using it after all.
Not only they keep it when I return the unused wire and I haven’t received a refund yet, no wonder they were in such a rush to get me to sign some e-docs for services I didn’t need and luckily i never signed.
they have serious issues not answering emails unless is convenient on their part and you get flooded with those and for some reason they don’t answer the phone once they know you’re number.
Anyway, good luck to them crooks.

Do not hire this company Simplex Group!!! The salesman Jonathan Bustillo made me waste time and money. I have paid for the service for over a month, I just received the approved MC, two days have passed and no one has answered me. The assigned Dispatch worker is not attending to me now because he was removed, the rude salesman on the phone said that he would cancel my company so that he would not work for me anymore… So I need a full refund of what I have paid and to cancel all signed documents!!! I urgently need a manager to complete this process but I don’t have any solutions

I would not recommend this company for any DOT compliance services. Please do not trust what the sales rep tells you.
I don't know what their workloads were but they were not very timely prompted, not responsive and were not professional with progress updates. I just requested one month service but they asked me to pay for 3 months. I asked time to time that I just wanted to tryout one month service and told them to let me know when the one month of service was completed but they never did and asked me to pay for 3 months of service fee.
They could not dispute any of our DOT inspection violations while the sales rep told me that there were several cases that they would win and clear.
Their drivers training was not very successful either. I was expecting something different from what our company could do but their driver training was just sending them video links and call them to remind them to watch it couple times a week. Overall I did not get what the sales rep promised at all.
