i did a monero exchange for the minimum 6$, cool everything sent then did 100$, took 15 confirmations rather than 3 for 6$ but overall, good exchange will come back soon

Simple and smooth non-KYC crypto swap service

It’s always so easy to swap! Everything runs so smooth! The only complaint I have is that I can’t buy crypto and stay defy. I think that’s a complete violation of my privacy to have to do KYC. I am a private individual, I should be able to do what ever I want with my assets.

El día 10/10 he hecho un intercambio debido a la bajada brusca que tuvieron las criptos y no me llegaron las monedas y no puedo comunicarme con ellos porque dice que tiene acceso restringido quisiera saber qué puedo hacer al respecto . Por favor agradecería me pudieran responder por este medio. Sé que el mercado estuvo convulsionado pero si no se pudo hacer el cambio agradezco devolver el dinero .
Finalmente me fue devuelto el dinero pero no compensa la pérdida de la oportunidad que perdí de haber comprado la Cripto q en ese momento bajó de precio . Me ofrecieron el intercambio pero a la tasa de ese monto 1 o 2 días después lo cual fue fatal porque ya había subido . No utilizaré nunca más esta plataforma porque además este incidente me genero angustia de la perdida de la oportunidad y del dinero y ellos se limitaron a devolver el dinero sin reconocer mi pérdida .

Exchange was made early Friday evening…
Exchange was made early Friday evening when all cryptos tanked. Panic selling and panic buying was going on. For me it was a time to buy. I had to hurry because the fire sale was not going to last long. I made my trade and a little noticed popped up saying due to volume the exchange was going to take a little longer. This really eased my mind. Then about two minutes later the coins were in my wallet. Thank you SimpleSwap.
