Thank you for installing our new boiler and radiators yesterday. Tom and his team arrived bang on time and immediately got to work. They were well organised very hard working and professional. They never stopped working for over seven hours without a break- a credit to them- a rare thing to see these days! The weather was atrocious but they carried on regardless.
The new heating system is lovely- we are enjoying the warmth and copious amounts of hot water.
We just need the remedial work done but your company have kept us well informed and everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Once again, thank you

New Boiler Installed
Had a new boiler installed on 22 of January 2026 the guys who did the job arrived at 7.30am on the dot as previously advised and immediately set to work Tom and his team where organised and efficient can’t fault them carried out the job and left it tidy and in good condition WELL SATISFIED 👌🏿

Had new boiler and radiators fitted by Ian, chris,daz and the one who came and removed the boiler and gas wall heaters, fantastic job done by the best group of workmen, couldnt have asked for a better team, the work they did was top notch 100%, they did a brilliant job and now i have a lovely warm home and very hot water, thank lads once again.

Missed survey, communication problems
Put in touch with Simple Heating Services by YES Energy Solutions for ECO4 measures. Ellie (who is friendly and helpful) arranged a survey for 30/12, which was not convenient, falling in the middle of the holidays and the day after my 50th birthday. But I agreed, in order to move forward with getting some decent heating, and I gave full directions and contact details for the surveyor. On the 30th nobody came, nobody called, nothing. Their office was closed over Christmas, but when it reopened I rang them and left a message. Nobody called me back. I rang about 10 times in a row later in the day and each time the call was cut dead before anyone answered. Then I got a No-reply text from them saying they had been trying to call me to arrange a survey. They hadn't - I had no missed calls. The text asked me to try and call them. I did. Same result - cut off. So I got back in touch with YES. YES contacted one of Simple's company directors who at first said they wanted to help us with ECO4. Then the next day I got a message from YES saying Simple Heating Services had decided they couldn't help us after all. Today, I am getting texts and calls from Simple again trying to arrange a survey. The young woman on the phone was not even going to mention the missed survey until I brought it up. As far as I can tell 90% of these ECO4 companies are a joke. Simple are the second one that has let us down.
Reply to response: I appreciate the nice tone of your reponse, and as a result will amend the title of my review which is a bit harsh - however I don't agree that anyone tried to contact me until 09/12. I did not personally decide to go with another company. Megan at YES Energy solutions told me you could not help me after speaking to a director and passed me on to the third company so far in this process.

At the same time, our office was closed over the Christmas break, which meant we were not able to communicate this to you as promptly or clearly as we should have. We fully understand how disappointing and frustrating this would have been, especially given the timing.
Since reopening, we did attempt to make contact to rearrange the survey; however, we understand that by this point you had decided to proceed with another company. We respect your decision and completely appreciate why you felt let down.
We take feedback like this very seriously and are continually reviewing our processes to ensure clearer communication and a better experience for customers moving forward.

This would have been a five star review…
This would have been a five star review if it was based solely on the tradesmen as they were brilliant. Unfortunately the office staff let the company down badly by being so difficult to contact. My heating system had to be drained down just after the survey was done and I had no heating or hot water for a month whilst waiting to hear if my application had been successful. Due to this I tried to contact them to let them know and so that I could find someone to sort it out quickly if I wasn’t able to have the grant. Over a period of two weeks I rang a total of twenty seven times without getting an answer. I began to believe it was all a scam and contacted the original company I’d applied through. Luckily I got the grant and from then on everything moved quickly and incredibly efficiently. Nothing but praise from that moment! Roy was amazing- sorted out removing the fire and back boiler and had a new boiler fitted in a very cramped space in a cupboard in no time. He was pleasant and friendly and never stopped working. I’ve genuinely never come across a better worker. He cleaned up as he went along and explained everything he was doing and why. The man who came to board the fire opening couldn’t have been more helpful and was determined to do it just the way I wanted and then the electrician, Michael, came to check the installation and was very friendly and thorough. All of them a credit to the firm. It seems wrong to complain about the office staff when I’m so pleased with the job- but the amount of anxiety I experienced with not being able to contact them isn’t easily forgotten. I appreciate that they’re busy but that was an incredible amount of unanswered calls.

If I could give 10 stars I would!
I recently had a new boiler fitted by Simple Heating Services and my very old back boiler removed. The gentleman who carried out all of the work was called Dane. He worked meticulously throughout the day and I was very pleased with the work carried out. My home was left clean and tidy and more importantly toasty warm and super energy efficient! I cannot praise Dane and the guys at Simple Heating Services enough! If I could give 10 stars I certainly would do so. In fact, I have recommended my brother contacts them in the new year when he will also require a new boiler. Everyone I spoke to from Simple Heating Services were very friendly and efficient. If they promised to call back in half an hour, they kept their word! Brilliant! Personally, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Great customer experience
We had a new boiler fitted on a very cold day. The plumber, Roy was outstanding, he worked so hard and promised us that he would not leave us without heating and hot water.
He was here for over 10 hours and sure enough we had heating and hot water before he left.
His work was so neat and tidy and we're loving our new boiler.
I would highly recommend this company as we've had a great customer experience.

Amazing work
Absolutely fantastic.
The surveyor and engineers were so professional and very respectful of our home. Roy who performed the installation did an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful during the work and so considerate when working indoors, he is a great ambassador for the company. The staff in the office were also very helpful in completing our application. We cannot fault any part of the process and are so happy with the end result.
