Excellent service received from this company. I had my boiler fitted from simple green energy. customer service from the fitters and the office staff has been above and beyond. They really look after you.

Promise after promise no calls for months then suddenly a call saying they want to do the insulation. Scratched my floor and left a noticeable chip but hid it under the sofa. Boiler stopped working two days after they did it but they now don’t answer the phone. I had to call a gas engineer myself to fix the problem. The number posted online does not work they are scammers and cowboys do not use them for any reason.

Confused to say the least. Had a survey completed at the property and advised we could have the underfloor insulation and a boiler based on our circumstances.

Of course we were pleased and wanted to get the ball rolling.

Someone came the following weekend and made 2 holes in my dinning floor. We were then told the level at either end of the room were slightly different and he would need to get a certain type of insulation and would return the following week to finish up.

That was months ago. Still no one has returned and after numerous unanswered calls to the office and the surveyor I’m now wondering what on earth this company does.

As great as the promise of a new boiler and floor insulation was, all I have been left with is ripped up carpet (wasn’t put back correctly), wobbly floor boards (where the holes were made), and a tape measure that was left by the worker!

I’m just unsure where to go with this. Do I contact another company or just hang on forever for the workers to return.

Also if you’re in the office and reading this I would advise answering the phone? It’s virtually impossible to get through no matter what time of day I have called.

Awesome service by Dan and Nav very clean, polite, respectful and efficient in what they do ( full boiler change) made sure everything was explained correctly and all checks carried out without rushing.

Rashid and Samee are very professional and well equipped engineers they fitted our boiler to a very high standard, were very polite and courteous and work very hard to get the job done. They made sure all was working properly and to our liking and answered all questions.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rashid and Samee to anyone needing a new Central Heating System. Thank you guys👌👌👌

i wasn't sure at first if this company was for real or a scam but i was very pleasantly surprised they are all above board and better still the technicians that came out to install my cavity wall insulation where very polite and explained how the work would be carried out they worked on my property with a very high standard and cleaned up all the dust. but best of all you couldn't see any of the holes they drilled and pointed up afterwards I was a little concerned about this as i have seen other properties that looked like they had chicken pox from having cavity wall insulation done.I would have no problem with Ryan and Alan working on my property again very professional cavity wall insulation technicians thankyou guys

My dad made appointment with Simple Green to have cavity wall installation. The time slot was 8am till 5pm, they arrived at 5.20pm. They drilled through the garage wall, past the cavity all the installation was everywhere in the garage. They also left their mess all outside, and left.
My dad was 87 and they think it is ok to have an all day time slot and arrive after the time given. It is absolutely disgusting to leave a man at that age to clear up their mess and get stressed.

Still waiting 4 them 2 come back put trvs on it’s been 5 months now 20 phone calls keep away from them

Just wanted to a big thank you to Rashid and Samee for installing the boiler , excellent customer service went above and beyond what was expected you dnt get that kind of service from alot of me people now adays. Recommend you have your bolier fitted by them really happy.

The service i have recieved from this company is exceptional, my boiler and underfloor insulation was fitted within 14 days, customer service from the office was brilliant, the underfloor insulation manager was polite when calling me to book an appointment.
i would recommend every single person who reads this review to get your boiler done from this outstanding company, one of the fastest service i have ever recieved.

Had the most wonderful experience with simple green energy, I was a bit concerned by the scheme initially but they sent me an email outlining how it all works and instantly eased my mind.
They did the underfloor insulation perfectly and lifted my old parquet flooring, I have no idea how they did that and left it the exact same way. Nothing but good things to say about the team even had a cup of tea and a chat with them.
The boiler swap was easy and they made it a really stress free process, they explained how the funding works and managed to do it all For free and even upgraded the pipework. Daniel was fantastic and so knowledgable. Had quotes from other company’s who wanted to charge me £500+. Hands down best company I could have gone with.

Reading some of these reviews I can’t understand how you could have had such a bad experience with the company. They told me they fit hundreds of boilers and underfloors and I can see why they get the recommendations they do, I’ve already passed over my daughter in laws contact information. My only thought could be that people don’t understand what is and isnt government funded or You’re a fake review.

Wonderful company- don’t trust the bad reviews.

Simple Green Energy fitted a new boiler for my house and my mothers and underfloor insulation via an Eco Grant. They were professional and I would recommend them.

Be very wary of this company. A woman claiming to be from Simplegreen knocked on our door one afternoon with promise of free underfloor insulation and a free boiler (subject to survey). She represented that the underfloor installation would only take up to 4 hours and that only a small section of the floor boards would need to be lifted and the installers would make right any damage. A surveyor came round and I then got a phone call a few days later to tell me that amazingly I had been approved. Installers were booked to come round one afternoon and never turned up. We eventually rebooked and again, surprise, surprise, the installers didn’t show up at the time booked. This time they had the courtesy to tell me they were stuck in traffic. They eventually turned up 3 hours late to announce that the work would take at least 6 hours and the entire floor would need to be lifted. I was not a very happy customer by then. My partner called the woman who had first come to our door to complaint and after she spoke to the installers, they now say they can do the work without having to lift the entire floor. Needless to say, this hasn’t been a pleasant experience so far. The installers are due to come back some day. Just beware. If these people tell you they will come do the work from 1pm, they are unlikely to turn up. I cannot vouch for the quality of the work but will update if and when the work gets done.
