I have fallen victim to a scam whereby Simple Bookings system was hacked, and the fraudsters used my details and sent an email from the legitimate simplebooking email address, advising me to enter payment details to verify my booking. I have lost £400+ as a result, and to date have received no response at all from simplebooking after lodging a complaint one week ago.

Ne ho provati parecchi di channel manager e booking engine, ma questo lo trovo il più completo e funzionale. Lo ho allacciato a tutte e 12 le nostre strutture, quindi... Assistenza veloce e capace, buonissimo preventivatore!

Uso i prodotti QNT da 15 anni consecutivamente.
Mai un problema, mai una necessità non risolta.
Tutti sempre pronti ad intervenire ed aiutarti. Per chi vende Software, l'assistenza è il vero tallone di Achille, ma non per Simplebooking.
Ed è superfluo dire quanto siano più avanti ai loro concorrenti in termini di "conversioni" ...

In assoluto uno dei booking engine più completi, solidi e semplici da utilizzare. Noi abbiamo strutture (Resort) che hanno fino a 400 camere e vengono gestite benissimo con SimpleBooking.

Utilizzo Simplebooking da molti anni per il mio Hotel. Usabilità semplice ma funzionalità backoffice molto limitate. Fino a qualche anno fa' l'assistenza clienti era davvero ottima, adesso che fanno parte del gruppo Zucchetti è disastrosa come per tutti i prodotti Zucchetti.

Come futuro ospite, ho avuto un esperienza davvero pessima:
- dati per il bonifico internazionale incompleti;
- irraggiungibili per telefono;
- minace di cancellare la prenotazione.
Per la prenotazione di un albergo, non ho mai subito tanto STRESS. Da fare passare la voglia.
