I can only recommend simplace based on my experience with them, they're quick to answer any questions you might have and they're really kind too, which is rare in that niche market.

They're also more transparent about products delay than any other website I've ever used, which is a big plus.

Sim-Rig sieht gut Verarbeitet aus, Alle Teile dürften vorhanden sein (noch nicht zusammengebaut) - Doch nicht! 3Nutensteine+Schrauben fehlen! Nach Nachfrage, im Regen stehen gelassen worden! Es MUSS alles vorhanden sein! Heißt kauf es Dir! von uns gibts nichts! Jetzt bin ich doch ein wenig Angefressn!!! 3 Sterne sind genug - mehr als genug!

Was looking for a GT1 EVO rig. Was out of stock everywhere, then I found it at Simplace not only in stock but cheaper than everywhere else. So I took a shot at it, amazing customer support, replies within minutes. Shipping was fast and they communicated greatly with me. Definitely will buy from them again. Thank you

Note: The bad reviews I have seen have been from people who didn't understand the shipping terms, and aren't aware of the literal shortage due to shipment delays out of their control. They even offered multiple vouchers for the inconvenience.

Really disappointed with this company. Dispatch times vary from 1 to a maximum of 5 business day but they can mean a minimum delivery time of 5 business day.
Many companies in the industry ship the product within one business day

Honestly just awful. I placed an order for the Porsche SXGP Pro wheel rim and it said it would be dispatched in 3-5 days.
I waited for them to get into contact regarding shipping and heard nothing. Emailed them twice and they kept saying next week then the week after.
Finally found out that Sim-X products get made specifically for order and it takes 4-6 weeks for production.
Please update your website with the correct timeframes as it’s very misleading.
Will not be ordering with you again.

After a week from my order they didn’t reply to an email I sent them where I was asking why my order hasn’t been dispatched yet and they even didn’t dispatch my order. When I purchased the rig it was written that it would have taken 5 days at worst for dispatching…
EDIT: After two days they didn’t ship my order, even though they reached me out through email (only after a negative review on trustpilot) saying that my order would have been shipped the same day and that they would have provided to send me the tracking link.
EDIT 2: I got replied back , and for some reason my email was in their spam box and of course they couldn’t see my emails. At the end they told me that their vendor had problems with my stuff so my shipping was delayed, not simplace fault, and they gave me a small refund for the inconvenience.

While the website was somewhat confusing and didn't make it clear that seats could not be shipped outside of the EU, my Support Agent was very helpful and kind in solving the matter.

I bought a cockpit more than 15 days ago, it is true that when I made the purchase they advised that it would take between 7 and 10 days. After this time I have tried to speak through the chat of the page without getting a single answer, today 12/27 I have written an email to ask again about my order, I have written it in Spanish and my surprise is that they answer me saying that They do not speak Spanish, I have translated the text (with the difficulty of putting it in the google translator ... lol) and I have sent them the mail again directly and they have not responded to me again. So that that they respond in an hour is a lie, neither by mail nor by chat. Therefore I do not recommend buying here much and that several friends of mine are customers of this store without google translate….
This afternoon I will open a dispute with PayPal for the refund of my money.

All positive things about my purchase from Simplace. I ordered a mecacup pedals set and received it on time. The customer service is excellent.

Habe den Simlab Speed 1 gekauft. 2 Tage später wird mir gesagt der letzte Stuhl sei gestern verkauft worden. Eine Lieferung wäre so in 2-3 wochen zu erwarten. Habe mich dann für das Geld entschieden. Warte jetzt schon gut eine Woche auf das Geld und habe nichts erstatten bekommen. Würde dort definitiv nicht einkaufen.
