Great Customer Service
I am deeply impressed by the level of customer service I have received from ilovehaus and SanPan overall. The team has been fantastic in the way they have supported me through queries and the level of understanding and empathy was unparalleled to any other experience I had. They have definitely gained a very loyal customer.

Out standing service and communication from Katie at Haus, cheerful, efficient meticulous. We had two faulty wusthof knives, they were well used and I expected to pay for the repairs. Plainly guarantee is a word that means something at Wusthof. They replaced them both. Super impressive service. Never has sticking to quality purchases been better rewarded. Customer service was amazing. They noticed I had purchased two items the same instead of two different items that I wished for. They were able to change my order to the items that I wanted which resulted in me not having to spend time and money returning the item I didn’t want.
