The discount coupon I was given from an earlier purchase wasn’t working online, so I called them and the representative was very helpful, upbeat, quick and efficient. I have to admit though that the ruffled tart dish was so much larger than I expected. I have no idea what to do with a tart dish that size. Anyway, thank you for your great service.

Brilliant Customer Service dealing with problem
This is my first purchase from this company. The goods arrived promptly and I followed the instructions for the four lingots for my indoor garden. Unfortunately one of the four did not germinate - I contacted the company who responded immediately and have replaced the plant. Im very impressed with the speed and the friendly way they handled my problem. The other three have grown brilliantly so I am very happy with the excellent customer service I have received.

Had an issue with a wusthof which…
Had an issue with a wusthof which needed replacing, I have to say their customer service is outstanding I spoke to a gentleman called Michael who was very helpful during the whole process. Delivery in two days. 100% would recommend this company.
