They took money from me but did not give me a qr code. They are scammers and liars.

Simbye ist offensichtlich Scam. Obwohl ich einen 7 Tage Datentarif Unlimited für die Schweiz gebucht habe, wandelte sich dieser nach Installation erst im einen 7 Tage Tarif zu je 2 GB und nach Aktivierung in der Schweiz zu einem 0.1 GB Datentarif, welcher zu keiner Zeit Internet zuließ. Ich empfehle einen renommierten Anbieter für eSIM zu wählen, und habe meine Lektion gelernt.

Simbye gave me low latency, consistent data throughout the test period. I will be purchasing another Esim before my next overseas trip.

I had a problem when ordering a product on their website and they resolved it quickly; the email communication was efficient.

1. They put include US number in website/app but after checkout is nothing
2. I text call center and they dont wont me to make complain and bad reviews so they trick me with want give me free esim but its scam
3. Its expensive price compare with another esim
4. All bad reviews is true, Because I’ve experienced it myself

Impossible to communicate with. I was induced to pay for a prolonged period of time and did pay, with the understanding that that money was in my account. I did receive a number, but my account actually cannot be found. Stay away from them.

PS. I read your response. I never complained about not receiving the eSIM. My concern was with PAYMENTS which I made in advance. I am NOT using your number. I used once for a text and two calls to test it. I have removed it from my cell phone. You can act all indignant but your customer service is very lacking, both in language skills and in proper solutions. You told me I needed to buy another eSIM. That was your answer. Enjoy my $180.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! SimBye.com is an absolute scam. I purchased a USA eSIM from them, paid in full, and never received anything at all. No QR code, no activation email, absolutely nothing.

I contacted their customer support to resolve the issue. At first, they replied claiming they would send me the eSIM manually. This turned out to be a complete lie. After that single false promise, they completely ghosted me. They are now ignoring all my emails and messages. Total radio silence.

To make matters worse, their website is incredibly shady and behaves like a broken, manipulative scam script. Every single time I open my order page, it displays completely different information! One time it claims there is a "verification problem," the next time I refresh it shows a completely different country that I didn’t even order, and now it is shamelessly stating that I have to send more money just to "activate" the eSIM!

This is a predatory trap. They steal your initial payment, deliver zero products, ignore your complaints, and then try to extort more money from you through a rigged tracking system. Stay as far away from SimBye.com as possible. Save your money and use a legitimate provider. This website is a 100% pure scam!

It was all what I need!

I was on a cruise and required a esim for only while I was off the ship since I already had wifi on board. It worked flawlessly!

I travel alot and have tried alot of other esim companies, what I like about this one is it’s transparent every step of the way, the customer support helped me understand more because I am not great with the technology but it was very easy to set up. I am very happy to have found a new home with this company and I really like the prices which are the best anywhere else from what I have seen, the others are middle men, simbye is the best choice. Look around and tell me I am wrong. I spent so much money being cut off from other companies!
