Have booked tickets for elms

Have booked tickets for elms . I then wanted to book add on items to my booking. I emailed my request to Silverstone which was responded to by Nicky who had added the additional items to my account. All I needed to do was go into my account and pay. A very quick and efficient response to my query.

Customer service

I contacted customer service regarding a stroller inquiry and what to expect when attending the British GT media day event with a small child. I received a very comprehensive and satisfactory response from Elliot. He was very polite and explained what to look out for and what to expect. I am very pleased with the service.

Great service from Sue at Silverstone

Once again Sue & the team at Silverstone have provided great service. When you have additional requests for events, it can seem like an uphill struggle but year on year Silverstone have never let my son down with their prompt and accurate service. It provides comfort and reassurance that I know that he can attend the fantastic events that he loves just like everyone else.

My experience with Silverstone was amazing.
I applied for a PA ticket through accessibility.

Excellent customer service!

A big thank you to Sue Davidson!
I emailed my application for Blue Badge parking pass for my husband and expected to wait a few days for a response. Ten minutes later Sue responded and it was sorted.
We can now look forward to the F1 in July without worrying about mobility issues making the day stressful

I made an enquiry about an Experience booking, the booking website was unclear and the process seemed unduly complicated as a result. Sam at customer service was very helpful, only one delay in responses but otherwise replied promptly and effectively.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, due to already spending a lot on our tickets my son and I didn’t add the insurance as we thought there was no way we would need to cancel. Had wonderful news my daughter in law in pregnant and due date is 5th July so contacted Silverstone in December as soon as we found out as my son and I were unable to go and told nothing they can do as we didn’t take the insurance. Seems very harsh considering there was plenty of time to re sell and obviously genuine unforeseen reason.

We appreciate you contacting us as soon as you found out, and we are sorry that we were not able to offer a refund or exchange on this occasion.
As outlined at the time of purchase, tickets for the British Grand Prix are non‑refundable unless Ticket Protection is added at checkout. This optional cover is designed specifically for unforeseen circumstances, including medical situations, and is handled by a third‑party provider. Without this protection, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or change-of-mind cancellations, even when the situation is entirely genuine. We recognise how difficult this can be in circumstances like yours, and we are sorry for the upset this has caused.
Although we cannot overturn the policy, we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Thank you again for reaching out, and we wish you and your family all the very best with the exciting arrival in July.

I emailed Silverstone to arrange parking and they responded same day.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Val & she sorted out parking for us. Val was very helpful & a credit to Silverstone.
