We ordered from silux after seeing an advert on social media. Website is a little amateur to be fair and took a while to navigate but ordered a router and unlimited data sim. Heard nothing for a couple of days then got email confirmation, 2 days later and router arrived. We are youtubers and to be honest weren't expecting much at the price point. However pleasantly surprised! In the wilds of Cornwall 1 bar on my phone o2 but still 7mbps down and 2.5mbps upload speed.
Would definitely recommend on our experience so far !

Great bargain for 5g data users
Great bargain I ordered the 2 yr unlimited data SIM 11.95 a month for use in my own 5g router and works both at home and in my caravan, and my phone as data SIM which I can then suppliment with a cheap sim for calls. Can't wait to cancel my home broadband as my outgoings for mobile and BB will fall from 75 to about 16 a month and this data SIM will help make the biggest part of that saving!

Excellent service and connection
I was skeptical at first but there service is really good and is legitimate for those wondering. They use the three network so make sure your area is three covered.
They have a very good mobile modem that is plug and play already installed sum card inside. Setup is very simple just plug it in near a window for optimal performance and the modem will light up the more lights illuminated the faster you go. Can't fault the service this far.im using WiFi but there is ethernet connection so if you need the fastest connection make sure you use this. 5ghz and 2.5ghz supported. Go grab the internet it's really good 👍

This customer removed a seal on one of our products, which said "WARRANTY VOID IF REMOVED". He then said he did not know he could not remove this, as he did not want to pay for the product. The product was then returned faulty.
Returning Damaged / Faulty product with a tampered / removed security label is clearly suspicious. This matter is currently under investigation.
Also note all this persons reviews on Trustpilot are all negative with few challenging if the experiences ever happened with them.

Found the order process via web a little tricky but other than that everything is 100%.Super customer service with quick friendly replies,even better prices.
Communication is also excellent, well done all at Silux,with todays poor lax service you have broken the mould.

Not as written on the tin
They claimed at the website before sign in 8 to 25mbps . When I received the cheap router, I don’t even get 5mbps. I asked for immediate termination of direct debit

"not as written on the tin" is false and factually not correct.
And honestly based on your interactions with our staff, these false comments do not come as a surprise.
We disclose all the facts on our website about what is to be expected.
All the information was at your disposable on the website prior to ordering, which can be viewed clearly where you check your post code about speed, namely "The Postal Code searcher will allow you to enter your postal code in the box, and check what your estimated Internet Download Speed will be at that location using Silux Mobile Broadband.
This software system is just for reference and guideline purposes, and we do not guarantee any download speeds, as there is many environmental challenges that can make this vary"
We found your behaviour and tone in your emails unacceptable, You were rude to our staff on all occasions via all your emails, and made offensive statements about our products, which was even far worse than what you limited to show on Trustpilot.
You call our routers "cheap" however you know nothing about our products. You dont know who designed them, the cost of them, or anything else for that matter. Your comments are unsubstantiated and offensive.
We always treat our customers with respect and honesty, but we will not tolerate rudeness or bad behaviour towards any of our staff.
Extremely slow speeds between 1-6 mbps
Unfortunately the speeds were so slow I had to send it back. I was getting on average a speed of 5mbps. Often less. I guess you get what you pay for lmfao.
They say they use threes 4g network so I am confused as my three mobiles data is very fast here....
Advice? What are you talking about? Your agents were very polite but unfortunately there was no solution.

We put "all" our customers first and help our customers till late at night, outside of office hours, and do everything and anything to keep all our customers happy.
