Had a needling session which is supposedly a little uncomfortable. Savi made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend her. I am going back in 2 weeks to see her for an infusion.

I had filler in my lips for the first time and I love it, gone are my thin lips that still look natural. I had Cool Sculpt on my arms (so far) and gone is the flabby wobbly skin underneath. At 48yrs old I'm astounded at the results. I'm definitely getting my tummy done. I'm having lazer on my cheeks to fix the redness and can see positive results. The staff at Mt Barker are honest, helpful, supportive, experienced and knowledgeable. They really know what they're doing. Outstanding service every time!

I have been doing Laser and Skin treatment at their Erina clinic and I have had great results so far. My skin is at it's best. Caitlin has been looking after me. She's a gem.

I saw Brooke yesterday and she was absolutely amazing, she asked a lot of questions to ensure that my outcome was exactly what I was expecting. Brooke was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I have had a bad experience with the silk Laser clinic .

I recently went into clinic to ask for a little freshen up , perhaps a collagen treatment .

I had pretty good skin with no markings .

I was advised to have microdermabrasion a peel and LED light in one session x4 times .

I’d never had any of these treatments before so trusted they knew what they were doing .

After a couple months and having my third treatment my skin is now the worst it’s ever looked .
I have red spots all over and for the first time in my life need to wear makeup to cover .

I tried talking with the staff but was shut down and told I now have pigment and that’s what this treatments does.
I was never told this and would not have had these treatments .
I am very upset and fearing that this will now be my face for life .
Clinic has offered 2 weeks of LED light treatments to heal , but I was told by staff that the spots will most likely stay and I will need to use a lightening serum .
I am not happy and want a better outcome , I want my skin restored to its former and the $600 I paid refunded .
A little help and a better customer relation is called on here .

this is really a joke they made me waste my time 2 times and they did not attend me because the nurse was not on this site people are not serious or respectful they play with people's time and show no respect for that I do not recommend this at all place 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I went to Carousel on Monday. Lovely staff, everything explained simply and the laser work was quick and painless. Returning in a month and will let you know how the end result goes over the next few months. Thanks to the Carousel team for your excellent customer service.

I’m not one to write negative reviews but I booked my laser appointment which I had to wait 3 weeks for as that was the earliest availability.

30 minute drive and I arrive and was told I couldn’t have it as I had my covid vaccination that day. There was no mention of this when I made my booking 3 weeks ago nor in my email confirmation, the question wasn’t even asked when I arrived for my appointment. It only came up in casual conversation with the laser therapist prior to starting the treatment. No signs saying this at the front desk either.

The girl was apologetic and said this was a recent rule. Although no availability for another two weeks. Waste of time and effort on my day off which could have been avoided with a bit of a heads up. Might as well try laser clinics closer to home
