I went along to SILK for a consultation. I was concerned about a small but unsightly growth on my nose and sun damage to some areas on my face. The consultant could not have been more helpful and informative. She cleansed my face to help with analysis and treated me to some gentle pampering after the consult. She clearly explained what the treatment would involve and without fuss had me booked in for the following week. Welcoming, efficient service with a smile.

I always love my visits to Silk at Cockburn! Bianca and her team are always warm and welcoming and are very knowledgeable when it comes to the treatments they provide. I started really scared about getting wrinkle relaxers, but now, I just walk in and have a chat because I have full trust in Bianca!

I had micro needling for the first time, I always have Ashley as my skin specialist and she knows her stuff. Always Makes me feel comfortable, explains the best treatments for my skin without me feeling I’m being pushed into something of which is another reason I go to Silk Cockburn as honesty is key, I’ve been having treatments from Ash and Bianca for some time now and would most definitely find it hard to go anywhere else . Silk clinic staff are kind and make sure you are 100% comfortable. They have changed my view that "only the rich can have these treatments" the ongoing specials and sales on each product is great and buying gift cards to add to an ongoing balance for when they occur is helpful.
The gift cards don't even need to be kept physically to redeem them, so losing a gift card isn't a problem. Birthday discounts and flexability of available days and times has made my life easy.

Very professional and explained everything to great detail, so friendly and I have had bad experiences before but this place is great.

My technician was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and made me feel very comfortable during the whole session. I’ve been getting laser for over 5 years now and she was by far the best technician I have ever had. Would recommend her to everyone.
