I never got the stuff
I never got the stuff . I got notified yesterday that is was delivered somewhere near Devon. I live in Nottinghamshire. This mistake by you made us look like fools and our client has chosen to use a different contractor.

Your order was received and dispatched on Monday 2nd September the same day, with DX Express and went out for delivery on Tuesday 3rd September. At 8:37am they tried to deliver but nobody was available so they left a calling card.
It went out for 2nd attempt delivery on Wednesday 4th September, at 13:22pm they marked consignee not available again.
The 3rd and final attempt was made on Thursday 5th September at 10:35am but again, nobody was available to accept delivery.
On Friday 6th September, this was returned to us as 3 delivery attempts had been made without success.
We welcome you to contact us if you have any queries about your delivery if you have not received it when expected so we can resolve it quickly at the time for you.
As it was a free sample ordered with no charge, only a delivery charge was paid. As delivery was attempted on three separate occasions, unfortunately we would be unable to issue a refund for the delivery charge on this occasion.
We can re-ship the goods to you, but a new delivery charge would need to be paid.

After looking into your order, your order was for 3 knives so we dispatched what you had paid for - you are welcome to return the other two for us for a refund if they are not required - https://signgeer.com/returns-exchanges
Regarding delivery of your order, you placed it on 27th August at 6:46pm, meaning it was dispatched on-time on 28th August and due for delivery by 1pm on 29th August as you paid £8.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm.
Royal Mail attempted delivery on 29th at 12:48pm but there was no answer, so it went back out for delivery the next day (Friday 30th) whereby it was delivered at 12:59pm.

I ordered the goods on the 24th July…
I ordered the goods on the 24th July paying an extra £10 for a fast delivery I received a note saying there had been a cock up with an appologie and the goods would arrive on the 26th which they did.
Nobody is perfect but they kept me informed. I have noted they sell some more goods that I require and I will attempt to order them.
