Bad Service
When needing items shipped to Scotland, their service is shocking; I have experienced the same issue multiple times. I will be using sign trade supplies going forward.
Edit: the issue is I pay for an order, expecting delivery next day. I contact you guys 2 days later asking for tracking information. Just to be tolled it's not been dispatched because we need to pay more money for shipping. It's not a courier issue is a signgeer issue.
Its happend to all of our recent orders, and each time we're have issued complaints about this. Nothing has changed in 6 months. It's is not conducive to our production operations so we're shifting suppliers.

Could you please get in touch with more details regarding the issues you have encountered e.g. whether it is delivery issues with our couriers, the timescale for deliveries etc. so we can look into this and rectify for you where possible?

On the checkout for customers that are not classed as "Mainland UK" by our couriers the only delivery option that is provided is the below:
Outside of Mainland UK (Courier) - Please read below...
Partially subsidised delivery for orders over £200 net value. To provide you with the best shipping price for your order with our selection of courier please proceed through the checkout and we will contact you with a delivery quote and payment information via email soon.
On each occasion we have contacted you the same day via email with a secure payment link for the most cost effective delivery charge possible for that order. Unfortunately, we didn't receive payment for the delivery charge the same day and so the order could not be dispatched.
We have since changed our processes to ensure you are called at the same time the email is sent so this can be processed for you more quickly in case we should not hear back from you in time.
Another option would be that we could look into offering you a 30 day credit account with us, and advise you of the likely delivery charges based on your previous orders which you could pre-approve. In this instance we could dispatch your orders as soon as they are received and payment can be dealt with on an account basis.
If you would like to explore other options, please do get in touch and we would be happy to come to a mutually agreeable solution with you.

You selected Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next day by 1pm for £8.25, your order was placed and dispatched on Thursday 12th September.
Royal Mail tried to delivery at 11:59am on Friday 13th September and there was no answer.
The 2nd delivery attempt was made on 14th September at 12:24pm, again with no answer.
Please contact Royal Mail using your tracking number or contact us so we can book a re-delivery or collection at a convenient time for you.
