Ordered shoe's and cleats on line, arrived in Wilmslow store 24 hrs later. They fitted the cleats for me whilst I had a browse. Chap who served me was a lovely bloke. All things considered it couldn't have gone any better.

I purchased a bike from the Wilmslow shop - it was set up for when I arrived, and Ed patiently took me through things, including setting up the power crank linking it to an app on my phone, which he helped me set up. Great service from Ed, and a great store - happily re-visit and Sigma Sports is my go to place for my exercise stuff.

Sigma Sports offered the best price for a new Shimano Dura ace R9200 chainset. Once ordered it was available for collection in two days which was two days before the estimated collection date.

Went in to the Wilmslow store to pick up a bike light. The store is really well laid out with all the right stuff on the shelves. No pushy sales and feel completely comfortable browsing - a really well thought out store experience.

In search for the perfect fit! I was looking for new, better fitting shoes. I went to 2 local stores but not much luck due to their limited selection. In doing an online search I found Sigma and ordered shoes to be picked up at the store. Well, that pair didn’t work but Ed and Hugo helped to try a pair of Specialized and Lake road shoes. I took both home to try while the ordered a size they did not have in stock. Came back and the Lake 44.5 show worked for me! Thank you Ed, Hugo and Leon!

Great service that allows you to buy multiple items online to try on in store at 10% of the RRP. Visited the Wilmslow store on two occasions, staff were very helpful, even allowing me to park at the rear of the shop which saved me walking. Will certainly shop again from Sigma Sports.

An excellent experience- the team were friendly and knowledgeable and were keen to assist; and I left with everything I needed-I will definitely return for future requirements and servicing. Cycling can often be male dominated and that can be a little intimidating to the less experienced female rider-the team in Wilmslow put me at ease and no question was a stupid one.

Sigma Sport Wilmslow have been absolutely amazing.
I purchased a Specialized Tarmac SL8 expert,
Due to my size sitting right between two frame sizes Ed at Sigma Sport recommended the 54 frame not the 51.
On delivery of the new bike it was apparent the reach on the 54 out of the box was too long and there was not enough movement in the seat post.
Undeterred Sigma Sport replaced the handlebars, Seatpost and provided a new stem to take with me for my professional custom fit .
Just completed my first ride and the bike is an absolute dream.
I can’t recommend Ed and the team at Sigma Sport Wilmslow enough.
I would not go anywhere else for a new bike, thank you for such a professional experience.

It all worked really well. I went online and wasn’t sure whether to pick large or medium. I phoned the Wilmslow store and they said to reserve both, pay a 10% deposit, try on when they arrived in store and then just pay for the one I wanted.
