Rude customer service
I was interrupted several times by the person on the phone whilst trying to explain the situation. Sigma use DPD and will not leave the parcel. It's basically impossible to get your order if you are not full time at home.
Sigma really want to fill the online void of Wiggle but are incapable of doing so.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have had with your order. I have spoken to the member of staff you spoke to. I believe my colleague was explaining that the reason we can't leave parcels is due to the relatively high cost of the items. We have put this in place to try to ensure you receive the correct items, without the chance of theft or fraud.
My colleague was also explaining that your order has been returned to sender by DPD and that we can then offer several options to resolve this for you.
Unfortunately I was not able to review the call, but the account from my colleague differs slightly. Whether there was a delay on the call or a misunderstanding, I'm not sure. But the staff member was answering questions you posed to her and was not intentionally interrupting.
I can see that once your order has been received we are due to process a full refund for you.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Had a number of issues with my second hand bike. Had a gold service booked in and was promised my bike would be like new. Don’t disappoint. Decent ride before. Amazing ride now.

Incredibly friendly and helpful member of the team helped my navigate a myriad of shoe options. I have since been on a couple of long rides in the new shoes and they fit perfectly - in fact i barely notice they’re there.

Fantastic customer service as I bought…
Fantastic customer service as I bought a new bike from Sigma, especially from Mathew. Originally had my eye on one bike, but following a free consultation where my needs, budget and fit were discussed, more suitable options were suggested.
Mathew was excellent through the whole process and spent plenty of time to make sure I was happy with everything. I've now had my bike a few months and I love it! Thank you Mathew and Sigma!
