I recently went to see a podiatrist as I had a problem. They did their investigations and suggested a simple, but designed off the shelf insole, by Sidas. I searched for them online and ordered two pairs. They arrived safely packed and in their boxes. Good delivery, on time. They were two thirds of the price that I paid for from my professional. I will no doubt order more in time to avoid moving from them from one pair of shoes to another. They work really well and I have had no foot pain.

Sidas are great, but why use half-wit delivery companies which ruin the client experience for you?

Ordered special insoles, expected delivery 2 days later, but arrived next day. Excellent customer service. Insoles are doing their job. Would not hesitate to reorder, if necessary.

The insoles arrived on time. They worked as described, providing relief to painful heels.

Quick delivery and the footbeds work well.

Purchased x2 pairs of the trail specific insoles. Tested extensively and do not recommend this product. The main problem is the lack of cushioning. There is no heel gel or cushion pad. I’m about 60 miles in any small cushioning effect is fully compressed. OEM insoles work be better. Pick a different product.

Ordered Insoles Tuesday morning and they were delivered the next day. After going through the ordering process, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size of Insole. I found a telephone number for Sidas and gave them a call. Couldn't believe my luck that it was quickly answered by a human being who was able to immediately correct my mistake for me and saved the day!

I bought a pair of Sidas 3Feet Outdoor High Arch Walking Insoles. They were delivered promptly and above all they fit my arches/shoes perfectly.

Quick delivery and good communication.
I was sent a link to buy then from the physiotherapist at my gp practice who told me they would ease my symptoms. The insoles were extremely expensive and not effective at all. Waste of money.
