When it goes wrong!
I'm happy now but everything went wrong-Shuzes made it right quickly.
Wrong order sent these things happen occasionally and the replaced the order immediately. Then the replacement didn't arrive it it had been left out in the open and was stolen (photographic proof). The order was again replaced and arrived promptly. I can't fault customer service Daniel was so helpful and so quick to reply to me. The sandles are great quality and excellent value for money.

Purchased boots on a monday which…
Purchased boots on a monday which stated that were in stock, paid for express shipping, to be then told that the boots weren't in stock and would be due in stock on the Friday. Even though it was thier fault they shipped the boots on Friday and didn't authorise for weekend delivery and now being delivered on Monday which is no good as I am away back to work. When you call no one answers the phone and very poor at replying to emails which takes around 1-2days to reply. Very poor service

Chest Waders
Purchased safety chest waders, for fishing to stop feet pains due to the soft cleated wader boots that are around now which really hurt on stones in rivers. Mine were much cheaper here than in other outlets and came very quickly and are spot on for my needs.
These people Shuzes are brilliant.

First class company, I would recommend them to any one. Their products are all at a competitive price and if you need an order quickly, it is definitely worth the extra postage. I ordered on a Tuesday and my order arrived the next day. Hassle free on line ordering.
