Outstanding shopping experience
I am pleased to say I have had the best shopping experience with Shuzes. Their product lines are excellent with plenty of choice, sizes and colours. Also, their communication is superb answering emails within 24 hours. Free delivery (next day) and free returns, fantastic! I have recently discovered their Woodland boots and I am so impressed I have bought two tan coloured and two brown so I can alternate wearing them for longevity. Delighted with the boots and delighted with this company. I am really pleased their sales have doubled over the last year.

Brilliant service
was refunded very quickly. Ordered some slippers - quick delivery - oh no! wrong size! I returned them (free) and was refunded quickly without a problem. All my emails to the company were answered very politely and from a real human being. Well done, Shuzes!

Good quality boots that were at a fantastic price - much lower than other sites where I'd found them. After I ordered the boots arrived within a couple of days even with standard postage. Packaging was great as well. Excellent service all round and I'll definitely use Schuzes again 👍

I am AMAZED
I am AMAZED. I found something I liked, cheaper than other sites, and free postage too which is rare these days. I had a query about the width, and received a very helpful and personal response quickly which I really was not expecting. I ordered some formal leather men's shoes, but I see Trustpilot as a place to review the company rather than the product, but I will say they seem very good quality for the price. But it is the customer service that was so wonderful, from a company still offering very good value. Thank you to all there, and God bless you and your honest business.
