Shuttercraft - Norwich Omdömen 

I had my shutters fitted last week and can't fault any part of the process. I opted for Shuttercraft having read the testimonials online commending the service provided by Steve and Andy. I made contact to book a survey and Andy turned up as arranged. I later received a quote that seemed very reasonable for what I was going to have installed. Once ordered, I was given clear (and, as is turned out, very accurate) timescales before Steve called me to organise installation. Andy arrived when I was told he would, then spent a few hours installing my shutters. I think most people worry, to a degree, about contractors coming into their homes, but Andy is a lovely guy so there's no awkwardness at all. And there doesn't seem to be a lot he doesn't know about shutters! I was really looking forward to my shutters being installed and I am not disappointed - they are fantastic! Many thanks to Andy and Steve for such a positive experience.

The service was exactly as advertised the delivery date was as agreed and the installation was rapid and the shutters perfectly fitted. We were left with an excellent job and a tidy room. Overall the project from measurement to installation was carried out in a most professional manner

Excellent service from Andy from start to finish. He took the time to explain available options and show samples. The end product (clay, Bermuda shutters with integrated black-out blinds) looks great. Installed with attention to detail and everything was tidied up before leaving. Delighted with the look of my plantation blinds. Total privacy when closed and unobtrusive when opened. No problems, clear information in advance and no mess left behind at all.

We have had a really positive experience with shuttercraft. Despite the fact that (due to our own additional works) we took ages between the time we asked Andy to come and measure up and when we finally decided to go ahead, Andy and Steve worked alongside us efficiently and faultlessly. They rapidly requoted and fixed a date to come and fit. They let us know about the lead time and not to worry if we didn't hear anything, and then on the day Andy came and fitted everything perfectly, on time and taking great care of our home. Thank you to you both.
And thank you also for the shutters! They are exactly what we were after. They really finish off the front of our home. We have finally got some privacy whilst also allowing us to let the right amount of light in when we wish. Satisfied customers!

Great experience from start to finish. Shutters have transformed a tired and dark living room and bedroom, we can't stop admiring them everyday and we have had ours up for 3 months now. Our youngest is autistic and has hyper auditory sensitivity - we explained this to Shuttercraft when they came to install and they were very kind and sensitive to our needs. Informing us all the time of how long a noise would be and when they were moving around the house. This kind consideration makes a big difference to families with children who have special needs, so thank you Shuttercraft.

Lovely company. Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had shutters fitted for bi folding doors leading out to our courtyard. The shutters are absolutely beautiful. Andy and Steve were so helpful throughout the process. The shutters have added so much to not just the room but our lives as it makes the room liveable. As it is south facing it was unbearably hot. The shutters mean we can control the sun beaming into the room, and still have the doors open and enjoy the breeze. They are so lovely I’m saving up to have more shutters added in the kitchen. Cannot recommend them enough.

Having recently had Portchester shutters installed I cannot emphasise enough how absolutely delighted I am with the quality of the product together with the first class workmanship and customer service provided. Excellent in every possible way!
