Shrimp were well packaged and beautiful, they were quite small so I only see them at feeding time, I might get more see how these ones do good seller

I recently placed an order for some Shadow Pandas and OE Red Demons, and overall it was a very positive experience that I feel is worth sharing in a fair and balanced way.

To start with, the Shadow Pandas were absolutely fantastic. The quality was exactly what I was hoping for—healthy, vibrant, and clearly well cared for. They settled in quickly and have been a great addition to my setup. I couldn’t fault them at all.

The OE Red Demons, however, were a bit of a mixed bag. Around half of them were genuinely high grade, showing the kind of colour and quality I expected when placing the order. The other half, though, didn’t quite meet that same standard. Some appeared under-coloured and a little patchy, which was disappointing given they were advertised as high grade.

That said, what really stood out to me—and the main reason I’m writing this review—was how the team at Shrimp Garage handled the situation when I got in touch with them. I raised my concerns honestly, not knowing what kind of response I’d receive, as experiences with other breeders in the past have sometimes been less than helpful.

In this case, though, they were excellent. They listened, acknowledged the issue, and responded in a way that felt both genuine and customer-focused. There were no excuses or attempts to dismiss my concerns. Instead, they offered solutions that, in all honesty, I felt were more than fair—arguably even above and beyond what I would have expected.

We eventually agreed on a resolution that felt right on both sides. Importantly, it didn’t leave me feeling like I was taking advantage of their goodwill, which I really appreciated. It struck a good balance between addressing the issue and maintaining mutual respect.

Mistakes can happen—it’s part of any business, especially when dealing with live animals where variation is inevitable. What matters most, in my opinion, is how those situations are handled. In this case, Shrimp Garage demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that genuinely sets them apart.

Based on this experience, I would say they rank well above the majority of breeders I’ve dealt with. The quality of their stock, combined with their willingness to stand by their products and make things right, gives a lot of confidence when buying from them.

So while not everything in my order was perfect, the overall experience absolutely earns a positive recommendation from me. You can buy with confidence knowing that if something isn’t quite right, they will go out of their way to sort it in a fair and respectful manner.
