Showery Omdömen

If i could give this a 0, I would.
An absolute scam of a company! I ordered a shower head, replacement beads and the hose for around £47. When I recieved it, it was such cheap plastic quality that you could tell would instantly burst open if it hits anywhere. When I tied to return, they refused! I told them to stop fooling around (its my rights) and process my return, still refused and said they couldn't resell tested products. Luckily I paid with Klarna and raise an issue with them (apparently showery had not responded to them either). After 18 days of trying to return the product, I told them to respond to Klarna! They then offered to refund, but did not process a return for me as it was not in their "terms and conditions". My next email to them was -

"It is also within your terms and conditions that

"If we breach these Terms or are negligent, we are liable to you for foreseeable loss or damage that you suffer as a result. By ‘foreseeable’ we mean that, at the time these Terms were formed, it was either clear that such loss or damage would occur, or you and we both knew that it might reasonably occur, as a result of something we did (or failed to do)."

"We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently."

"The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms"

You absolutely failed to uphold the terms within your terms and conditions. You failed to apply England and Wales law and you failed to resolve any dispute quickly and efficiently.

You wasted my time and continued to breach my consumer rights. You should have foreseen this loss to me. It's very obvious if you don't uphold your end of the terms.

Luckily, I'm a solicitor and I know my rights and i can put a price to my time !

In lieu of damages, I requested that you cover the my return label. Or else I can escalate this one step further. "

They had instantly refunded the whole thing without needing a return!

Absolute awful company! There are thousands of people who just would not know what to say in these situations and fight back! And people are just out of pocket and stuck with a product they don't want!.

Anyone dealing with something like this - please feel free to use an amended version of my email with the terms and conditions.

Excellent customer service. Fantastic eco-friendly products. Unfortunately couldn't return my shower caddy that didn't fit, but they did refund me half of the purchase cost. Love the shower head, great quality

This goes out to my RV community. Showery has the answer to low pressure, hard water showers. The shower head is easy to install and incredibly powerful. The small ‘stones’ turn the hardest water soft which is a gift to your skin and hair. Thank you Showery for your fantastic products.

It’s like having a buddy beside you checking on your final product

I am classing the one star as a ZERO star. I wasted £44.99 on a shower head and hose with PLASTIC fittings which broke all most straight away. It took me several emails before they replied (it says they respond within 24 hours) a lie. because this item broke straight away the law states (in UK) that this dreadful company MUST PAY FOR THE RETURN. But being greedy and totally not bothered about customers they REFUSED. So I am out of pocket by £6.99 . Save your money there are much cheaper online and they are not made of CHEAP plastic fittings. They should be ashamed of themselves

11 days product stuck in California, I live in idaho temu is faster. They send e mail to me says 9 to 10 days to recieve. Still in California 11 days waiting for usps
Not happy

Good Communication
Kept informed on order status

Product was in excellent condition quick and easy site and the shower head works awesomely

The shower head delivers what they say - much improved water pressure and easy to install. It also looks pretty nice. One star deducted for plastic materials used when I think metal would be better, and terrible installation instructions- not sure how long it will last but it's working great and I'm happy.

Easy to install. We have very hard water and this has helped so much. My skin and hair feel so much better since we got it

I was skeptical at first but since we received this shower head, it's awesome. Very happy with the product 😁

I've been using showery products for over 2 years now I keep coming back to get my filters, I bought multiple shower heads and I love every single one of them they all work wonderfully, I highly recommend.

Great shower head, water pressure increased, filter has made a big difference. Have hard water in apartment and it's noticeably better now.

Quick delivery and a quality product very happy buyer

One of the best replacement shower head you can buy very satisfied with it

Awesome water pressure. Would buy again

very pleased with showery easy to install works like a dream 5 stars

Ill be honest, right out of the box I wasnt impressed. The showerhead is made entirely of plastic and feels...light!
Any doubts however were obliterated as soon as I connected the shower and turned on the water!
Took about 10 minutes for the full installation, including removing my old shower.
The water pressure is impressive to say the least, think pressure washer version of a shower! The propeller is a nice touch, I dont know if it actually contributes to the water pressure, but its entertaining to look at nonetheless!
Cant really say anything about longevity or durability, but time will tell.
If you have any issues with poor water pressure, this is your absolute fix!

Went through the trials with a few products ended up finding a couple that worked extremely well for me and my family. My wife and I have noticed an extreme difference in our skin hours after our shower, knowing we live on a well system with hard water.
