The high pressure shower head is worse than a bog standard shower head. Useless do not buy if wanting better pressure.

Just received my shower-head from Showery.

Took ages to arrive. Upon opening the box, thinking the outer is of good quality…….
Then found a storage pouch, that will be little use but good quality.

Actually, I was very disappointed when removing the item from the box. Complete plastic unit. And feel the shower-head will not last long. The on/off switch is clumsy (not smooth operation).

Felt I’ve done myself a disservice by replacing unit with my current chrome metal unit.

I should have checked online reviews before considering purchasing.

I ordered a shower head from Showery as it stated delivery in 2-3 days and we needed it quickly. It actually arrived 14 days later.
The quality is very poor for an expensive cost
and I am expecting it to break any minute.

Dreadful customer service. The shower head I ordered didn't sit at the right angle in the holder, so could only be used in your hand which was no good to me. It took many emails and hoops to jump through to finally get a refund - make sure to keep evidence at every stage.

Very poor customer service. Have been waiting a few days now for a response from my email to return a shower head. It says on there website “don’t return anything until you have contacted customer service. We will respond within 24hous !! I definitely will not be using them again. Great if you are happy with your purchase but if not you have little hope of getting a response. I will keep trying! Also there is no telephone number to call!

Shocking service. Have tried on many occasions to make contact as I want to return my showerhead. They have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them and now I'm stuck with something that is useless and I can't get my money back. Only wished I read these reviews before purchasing. Avoid them like the plague! They shouldn't be allowed to trade and take money off people offering a 60day free return when they do not bother to respond to emails

Great until you need to report a product that has failed within its warranty period and they ignore all of your contact attempts.

I love my shower head and just recently replaced the beads which was very easy to do and drlivery was great.

Ordered shower head at cost of £39.99 in the hope that it would improve our poor water pressure. Absolutely useless and item received was cheap plastic and poor quality, Have emailed several times over the last month to request return. Received the usual "send a video" request which I refused to do as item packaged back up and video is just a delay tactic. They have now offered me £23 refund or a return address at my own expense. I have little faith that I will get any money back whether I accept paltry £23 or pay for the item to be returned. This Company are total crooks. Found good, working showerhead on Amazon - wish I'd done that first and read the reviews prior to ordering this rubbish at an inflated price.

Please, please, please trust all the bad reviews for this sham scam on of a ‘company’. All I want is a simple refund for a shower head that I haven’t even taken out of the box. I’ve been ghosted after endless emails. Absolute disgrace and hopefully as word spreads everyone will save their hard earned money by shopping at a company that will treat them right! Disgusted.

The customer Service for this company is appalling. Don't trust the website they offer discounts on items and then add the item to your order. I accepted a discount and it ordered 2 items when I only wanted 1. taking the money even though I contacted them and explained the error. They offered me £14 to keep the items on a £60 order the items did not fit and needed to be returned.

Terrible experience. I purchased a shower head, but due to low water pressure, it could not be used to its full potential. I requested a return, and their team asked me to provide a video demonstrating the water pressure, which I promptly did. However, since then, I have received no response regarding my return request. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. Do not waste your money on this crap.

Absolutely shocking experience. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company — you might as well order from Temu.

The item I received was extremely poor quality and made no difference whatsoever to my water pressure. The only noticeable effect was that it made the water look different, which was clearly not the intended purpose.

I emailed repeatedly for over a week requesting a return, but received no response. The only time the company replied was after I contacted my bank. Once they finally responded, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the item by offering a discount, followed by a further discount. Despite my continued requests to return it, they delayed the process.

Eventually, they provided a return address — but I was required to cover the return postage costs myself.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret making the purchase and would not recommend this company to others.

Avoid company at all costs. They claim to be able to offer refunds no questions asks. They claim to answer emails with 24 hours. None of which is true. They have no contact number available at all so you are stuck in limbo.

The shower itself is average quality plastic, I paid £38 but it's similar to any £15 shower heads I have bought in the past. I bought a separate hose, but it didn't even come with rubber seals, at £16 that's really bad. Overall don't waste your money, far too expensive for the quality provided. Expect very slow delivery also but I was made aware of their processing times in their email.

Don’t even deserve 1 star! Terrible customer service!!! Seems to be a common theme with Showery reading other reviews. Just wanted a simple refund as shower head was no longer required due to changing the system completely. Poor communication, an email every 4 to 5 days even though I had provided a picture of the unopened box. Then offered a half the money back as they can’t resell returned items due to their environmental policy!! Although not reselling unused items will have a bigger impact when they are just binned! Now not getting any response. Awful company, don’t waste your time and money!

The showerheads work great and getting replacement filter beads has been really easy. Good customer service!
